Lakerz5, Our three sons are about the same ages (mine will be 15, 13, 12 on the cruise). This will be our first cruise. I would be interested in knowing what kind of things your boys have enjoyed on the ship, etc. I am worried that mine are going to OD on history and get bored.
For our family, it is all about the boys meeting different people from different places. We live in the boonies, so I'm always asking them while on a cruise where "everyone they meet" is from. Others get to learn from my kids and they get to learn about others.
The 17 year old and 15 year old are music junkies. My oldest is a DJ with his own business and works HS dances, reunions and weddings. He makes sure that the teen club has dance parties with all the latest music.

Our last 2 cruises were in July with loads of US kids from all over and Disney Stars were all over on the last July cruise. It didn't surprise me that my oldest ended up in one of their suites trading music and eating chicken nuggets from room service one night. Our first cruise was in the month of May and they made friends with more International kids (india, S. Africa and Israel, etc) which was really fun as well since less US kids are out of school in late May.
They all have been warned that there may be less teens total on this cruise, but we are traveling"for the culture". When you have to travel by bus 5 hours and across a time zone just to get to a HS swim meet, you need a little culture

I think yours will be fine
