Hello!! I just discovered this wonderful site today! Ive enjoyed and have learned a lot! My DH, DS and DD and I will be joining all of you on the May 26th sailing and I am looking forward to meeting as many of you as I can!
We have first seating, not sure of rotation yet and our cabin is on deck 6.
This is our 3rd Disney cruise so we may have cruised with some of you before!
I sent a pm to Ron (hi Ron) about wanting to get in on the parties and lanyards, but just in case he did not recieve it can someone tell me what to do next?

Welcome Aboard!!! First thing to do is go back to the first post on Page 55 of this thread. You will find lots of info there about who to contact for the various lists. The second thing to do is get you name on the cruise list - Page 55 give you instructions on that. The third thing to do is post the first names of everyone in your group so I can make the name badges.

Hi Cindy~We are looking for a place on 6/6 too! Iberia Air changed our flights and now we have to spend the night in BCN. Did you find any good deals? I'm looking for a room for 3 (the impossible) Also, anyone know what the taxi rates run in BCN?? Am I going to end up paying an arm and a leg for the transfers??

Taxi rates in Barcelona are reasonable and well monitored (which means they can't rip you off). It's about 20 Euros from the airport into town, plus 1 Euro per bag. This is cheaper than the DCL transfers for our group of 3 (and just as easy). You'll also need a transfer from the port to your hotel (which shouldn't be far if you're staying downtown). It'll cost about 4 Euros to hit a hotel within a mile or two of the port.

Thanks for the info guys!! I've arranged DCL transfers but if I don't use their hotel reservations they won't pick us up in the morning to take us from the hotel to the airport~but they want the same amount of money to take us from the port to the hotel. So, I think I'm going to cancel our departing transfers with them and just use a taxi....wanted to check and see if the taxi rates were awful prior to canceling the others!! Thanks for the hotel site too....gives me more options!!

I'm starting to get more information on the Sweet Dreams and Sweet Treats party and it's really exciting!!!! I hope you're going to be there!!!

I'm also starting to get some other goodies for the cruise. There is a lot of great stuff here! Since I need to ship stuff to Barcelona for the cruise I'm going to have to set a cut off date for getting registered for the cruise list with Jen (NejtheLion). Her update that is the closest to May 1 without going past May 5 will have to be my cut off.

Ummm, I've never worn a toga! I don't know how I became an "expert" I also didn't come up with the idea- someone PM'd me the idea and asked me to give the pitch. As this information is not required for tests this quarter- I no longer remember who asked me to do this....I can tell you all about chronic inflammation


However, I think I can figure it out....


I have had a cold for the past few days and have been in bed....I'm feeling better now.
