Dont Worry Be Happy!!!!

That means all of the Cat 4's are booked right now!
But come the 75 day mark when funds become due! :sunny:

People will definetely have to decide!
Some wont go and they will get you in your Room in a cat 4 or Better!
Believe me, (In 12 DCL cruises) They know! and are willing to take the Gamble!
To sell the Cat!
I have never Seen a person not Get a "guaranteed" Reservation Yet!
Alot of us have certian Cabins we like and ASK for them when we book!!

Peter

We are a bit nervous because I have heard on other cruise lines people get bumped to lower Cat rooms or off the ship all together. Our airfair is non-refundable (we used up all of frequent flyer miles) and my hubby is paniced now. And to go til 14 days before our cruise not knowing if we evn have a room... STINKS! BAH HUMBUG!

We have a Hotel booked from the Recomendation of JeanneG
And Winotracy Booked it for us! :rotfl2:

Dont ask me where it is, :lmao: Because Im Just going with the flow!
We are planning on being on the Same Flight with JeanneG & Several others.
Flight 94 out of JFK
But it was reasonable!
less than $200.00 per night. JeanneG Stayed there once before! :teeth:

Let me set the record straight: I have NOT stayed in THAT hotel before. For all I know it could be a complete dive, so I'm not really recommending it, per se. When I was in Barcelona before I stayed in a hotel on that same street (Las Ramblas) and we loved being right in the heart of everything. That one was the Ambassador Hotel and when I looked it up, it was very expensive.
I did some research and this one came up as a nice hotel for a good value. The photos look nice and since it is only for one night, I'm sure it will be fine. It is about $180 for the night and includes a hot breakfast (as do most European hotels) Feel free to check it out....it's called the Hotel Ramblas and they have a website. Some people don't like the Ramblas area because it is too turisty, but if you only have one night in Barcelona, that's the place to be.

Peter, if you'd like to be on Flight 94 and not pay a small fortune, you better book it now. Last time I checked, it had gone up quite a bit. What are you waiting for?

That's great news, Tracy! (But then Peter and Jenn will miss out on the "highlight" of their trip!)

Jeisur: have no fear about your guaranty cabin. When the time comes for payment, there will be alot of folks having second thoughts and cancelling. Especially those who waited to book their airfare (and they know who they are!). When they see what it's going to cost, I am sure there will be lots of folks backing out.

JeanneG do you have this program?

www.skype.com

If not downlaod it! :lmao:

It has a great Chat feature. Kinda like instant messenger!

Im gonna talk to T Now !

I don't think I can use skype....my computer is a dinosaur.

Those rates are great but what about the Boston to JFK component? It is really not a good idea to book 2 separate roundtrip tickets unless you have lots of time between each. Luggage can't be checked through from one carrier to another unless you buy the ticket that way. That means you would have to retrieve your luggage, recheck it and go through security again. Not worth it to save only a handful of dollars. I hope that's not what you're planning. The tickets I have are RDU to BCN on Delta with just one plane switch at JFK (same thing going back) I think I paid $892 for each including all fees and taxes, but now they're over $1000. It's probably cheaper from Boston because they have more daily flights.

In preparation for the Med cruise, hubby and I attended the all-day wine school at the Food & Wine Festival last weekend. (Any excuse to drink wine all day long, right?) It was fun to learn something about the different regions and kinds of wines we might find on our cruise. I'm hoping there might be a wine tasting tour or two offered as part of our shore excursions.

We met a couple who did the Royal Caribbean Med cruise last year and they said it was a wonderful experience. The gal said one excursion offered by RC was an olive oil tour and tasting. That also sounded interesting ...and I see from RC's website that they also offer an olive tasting tour.

Oh, folks! I think we are going to have some hard decisions to make once Disney comes out with their list of shore excursions! I just wish they'd get a move on and release the darn information!

Excuse me barging in.....

(it is still November 4 right)

Happy Anniversary Jenn and Peter!!!

And many more!!

Debbie
