May 25th, 2013 Fantasy Western!

Well, took care of Hotel, Air and DCL Transfers today. We're flying JetBlue on Friday to stay at the Airport Hyatt since it looked too convenient to pass up.

The DCL airfare was just too high of a difference this time around. Plus we're spoiled with TVs in our seats with JetBlue and they're adding WiFi early this year as well to boot.

Our cabin # change to 9606 - If someone could plz update the FE list.

Thanks :)
Joe

Thanks Joe. Got your stateroom number updated.

Just in case people were wondering, I noticed that all the cabanas for our cruise have been booked. I also noticed golf on the Cayman Islands is also full. Booking for those 120 days out did start at midnight earlier today.

John, We would also like to be added if it's not to late. My Son (Michael) is in the Airforce and stationed in Italy so we decided to do a Disney cruise when he is home on leave.

Here's our info:

Chris & Jennifer
Sarah (7 F)
Michael (21 M)
Stateroom: 9110
Allergies: none
First Cruise on Disney: Kids - Yes
Participate in FE: Yes
Bracelets : 3 adult 1 Kids

Darn! Was hoping to get a cabana for the day! Thanks for letting us know the update!

WOW!! I did not realize how long it's been since I logged into the board.:sad2: I just had to read through about 12 pages...you guys have been busy!!!:mic:

Our FE list has really grown; glad to know we'll be splitting it up a bit. The bracelet idea sounds great too! Sign us up for 3 adult sizes and 1 child. (Even though I doubt my husband will wear it.)

Our princess will be 8 by the time we sail and would like for her to get to know some friends. She absolutely loves Oceaneers Lab and prefers to spend more time there than with us. :sad1: Any one else have this problem? Oh well, it just means DCL definitely knows what they are doing:cheer2:

NickyDa,

My daughter is 9 so our girls might enjoy some play time together! This is her first cruise so everything will be fun and exciting. She is forever a princess!

There are lots of girls on this cruise. My daughter is 9 as well. She still keeps in touch with a friend she met on our cruise in June! I think they're all going to have lots of fun together!!

Had this on facebook but couldn't get the privacy settings so only the people in the group could see and not all my friends.......Trying to decide if Carnaval would be better in my circumsatance and any advice is greatly appreciated. My daughter is 7 and I know she will love it but my son is 21 and in the Airforce stationed in Italy for a while and this will be our family vacation while he is home on leave. This would be our first Disney cruise and not sure how much he would like it. Are there usually single people his age on Disney? I want everyone to have fun but just don't know what to expect. Any thoughts?

I've never been on Carnival, but I can tell you that there were lots of young adults on our Dream cruise last June. The adult only areas are top notch and there are even 18+ activities so he can meet up with people more his age. Yes, Disney does a great job with kids activities, but they haven't forgotten about adults. Lots of adult only areas, classes, clubs and fun things to do. I'm sure he'll LOVE it!!

Is there anyone out there who can explain how this all works and what the door hangers are all about? This is our 4th Disney cruise and we've never known about this secret society. LOL!

You'll have to make or buy something to put your gifts in, if you search fish extenders, you will see many pictures. We've got a list of staterooms and guests, it will be your choice of what you gift. Some people give something for each person, some people give a stateroom gift. There is no money amount, whatever works for you. It could be something small and inexpensive, something personal to your home town, something useful on the ship...basically whatever you want. Last year we got candy, homemade bracelets, homemade scrap books, tattoos, glow sticks, magnets etc. It's just fun to go back to your room and see what goodies our fellow disers left for you. You can deliver your gifts whenever you want, it's just meant for fun and to get to know some other cruisers. I'm sure you'll be glad you asked about this secret society!!!! Let us know if you have any more questions.
