May 25th, 2013 Fantasy Western!

Ok I have lurked long enough lol. Although this will be our 6th cruise I have never participated in the FE, so we're going to give it a whirl this time! I'm a major planner/researcher so I had to see what I was getting myself into haha.

You will NOT regret it, it is one of my kids favorite parts of the cruise. It is also a nice way to get them to go back to the rooms to rest at times, as they are always excited to see what is waiting when they return to the rooms. People are so creative with the FE gifts. I'm so excited and have been buying my stuff already!

Hi! Great news. I am so excited and also began buying yesterday!! So much fun. We have actually moved to room 9092. My Mom's name is Ann and my daughter's name is Ella. She is 9. Looking forward to the fun!

Also, just wondering, as a silver castaway member, what are the changes of getting our first pick for excursions? Would really like to have my daughter experience the dolphin adventure, but have read that it fills up quickly. Thanks for the feedback!

Are you talking about Stingray City?

Yes and NO. Stingray Sailing is the best company to take you to Stingray City. They are AWESOME. They have a catamran that holds like 45 people, they only book to like 25 people so it's not over crowded. It's awesome!!! They know how to get the stingrays to come right to you and they have a photographer taking pictures of you with the rays. Couldnt have asked for a better day!!

We went with Island Marketing's Eco Outrage Tour. It's a private charter for 4 hours. Takes you to stingray city, rum point beach, starfish beach and through the mangroves.

Thanks so much! The family we are traveling with are big divers but want to be out on a private charter. My husband loves, loves the Disney cruise and agreed to only get off the ship ONCE so I want to make sure everything goes great on that one trip off the ship!

And to think that he did not even want to come on our previous Disney cruise because he is not a cruise-person! Honestly, it's the only vacation where we truly relax because we have to turn the cell phones, computers, and everything else off.

There are several Diving Charters in Grand Cayman to choose from. Just do a search. I'm not sure but I think Island Marketing only has the 1 boat. But I'm not sure about that at all....but there are lots to choose from I have been searching for a couple of months. Hope you have a great time!! Let me know if you find something.

My husband and I are scuba divers too. We have practically given up on diving Caymen. We signed up to do the advanced wall dive on our two previous cruises and both times the current was to strong the avoided the wall and went to do stingray city again! How many times can you dive it and enjoy it I'm at my limit. We will be diving in Costa Maya and possibly Cozumel.

Well, took care of Hotel, Air and DCL Transfers today. We're flying JetBlue on Friday to stay at the Airport Hyatt since it looked too convenient to pass up.

The DCL airfare was just too high of a difference this time around. Plus we're spoiled with TVs in our seats with JetBlue and they're adding WiFi early this year as well to boot.

Our cabin # change to 9606 - If someone could plz update the FE list.
