We just booked our cruise yesterday and would love to join in on the FE fun. Is there a late comer group being formed? It will be myself, my DH and DS(9).

Hi All!

I worked on a breakdown for the FE groups that will better align with what each of you voted for as far as the number of people you wanted to exchange with. Basically, the Minnie group is for those that voted 20-30 people, Tinker Bell for the 30-40, and then Mickey includes the 40-50 and all of those that wanted the larger group. The first two pages are the Master list that show all of the groups, then there are additional pages for the breakdown of each of the three groups. For your group, remember to subtract the number of people in your cabin to give you the correct number of people you will be exchanging with.

Take a look at the document in the link below and let me know if this will work. If so, MoonDaughter can update her AMAZING lists and send an email to everyone with the new groups. She is also reviewing the list to be sure I didn't miss anything.

Group Breakdown:
Mickey - 19 cabins and 57 people
Tinker Bell - 13 cabins and 37 people
Minnie - 10 cabins and 28 people

Hope we can all get back to cruise planning soon. Only 79 more days!

TripletsOnTheRun here. First of all thank you for organizing all of this for us. I have done FE once before and it was AMAZING! I am trying to catch up here so I apologize if I don't understand what's happening but it sounds like we should say if we would like to be added to another group.?. If it is possible to add me to more cabins I am in. I was going to suggest throwing out the idea of offering the Mickey group to anyone in the other groups who might like a large group. I am fairly new to FE and it sounds like splitting groups is as difficult task. If there is anyway to include me in a larger group that would be awesome. If not, we'll stick with what we have. Thanks!

The FE list (ALASKA FE GROUPS) I posted earlier still needs MD's approval so its not written in stone yet. And we are still waiting for feedback from everyone before we can say the new groups will be a go.

Understand--I just thought if she was in the group she wanted to be in, chances are she would stay there. And her post made it sound like she didn't know that she was currently in the largest group.

Things have been re-arranged a bit, check the link a little higher up on this page. Not necessarily the final edition, but probably closer to what it will actually end up being.

There is this kid in one of my classes that is doing the b2b and I just wanted to send him a little surprise with a note like "dont sink my ship" or "take care of her for me", something cutesy.
So I was wondering, yeah I said it, if you could deliver that for me.
I could send you the note with his cabin number and little gift.
Would you mind doing that for me?

Arizona Rita - If the new list is approved by MD and everyone else, then you would be in the new Mickey group with 19 staterooms. The third page is the Mickey group and you can see the total number of cabins at the bottom of the cabins column.

Sorry Sherri, I was just about to email you to tell you I am still finishing the email I was about to send to all FE participants with your list, but I see you already posted it. I didn't have any time during the day today like I had hoped.

I am not the one who needs to approve. It's the group that does. I am not counting my vote in anything anymore.

I just want this resolved as quickly as possible.

This is an option that sherri675 came up with for people to see. I was supposed to have emailed it to the FE group to vote on whether we go with it or not, but I couldn't get the time to do it.

I know I posted the votes we had yesterday, but not everyone has voted yet so I can't say we decided anything. Even though it seems like majority is for don't change. We're still missing about 18 votes (I think.) I counted votes from March 1st to now.

IDC what we do...but I need to know...was planning on shopping tomorrow for 34 people now Minnie is at 28...First time doing an FE and thought (without experience) that Nakoma's list was very good and more organized then I could have done!!! Thanks Nakoma!!!

Hi Nakoma! Go ahead and send out the email to everyone whenever you have a spare opportunity. We may get quicker responses that way. I know not everyone is on the Disboards. You are incredibly busy and I can't thank you enough for all you've done. Your vote absolutely counts! I'm looking forward to finalizing the FE groups too so I can resume shopping!
