I've lost track - what date will the FE sign-up "close"?

This is my first FE and I am trying to make sure I understand the rules (without spoiling the fun with too much angst....).

I converted the list to try to make sure I understood the "population" of FEville and came up with this:

Number of Cabins: 22
Number of families / groupings: 19 (3 of the families have 2 cabins)
Number of participants: 60
Composition of participants:

• Adult Male: 18
• Adult Female: 21
• Teen Male: 5
• Teen Female: 7
• Child Male: 4
• Child Female: 5

(BTW, I have this in Excel, should the list continue to grow)

Anyway - do I understand that we basically "gift" each "family / grouping" - and if we want to "gift" at the individual level, we can?

I would even dress up in my dressy kilt inorder to get cake Now don't forget if you are planning your rounds since I am man enough to wear a kilt I count twice if your FE is adult oriented.

Sounds right to me. Most of the time, it's a little something for the whole group, sometimes we have something...or actually I guess it's most of the time....for the kids. I usually try to make sure that there are some things that just the grownups will enjoy or use.

Hi everyone! I am Disney Falcon's friend that just booked. We are so excited! We have twin 1 year old boys. Is there anyone else out there with kids less than 3? If so, do you have any excursions planned?

I'm thinking of brining my wedding ears and top hat groom ears for Melanie and her new husband to try out. I hope she doesn't mind. Its so cute. I can send her pictrues. Or save it for Heather. Were just used one during our anniversary dinner at California Grill! So I'll pack that, our FE, and cruise only things (I can only get away with my funky straw hat from mexico I can only get away with on the cruise). And the Fish Extenders! I got cool stuff for the bigger kids. Now I have to focus on the little kids and the pre-teen and teen kids. And of course, the airline bottles. I'm sure I can visit the Man twice. I'm sorry to say unless I find something reasonable with those airline bottles at the liquor store, you guys are sailing with the Captain. I'm also attaching my favorite recipies!!!! So Heather, can you give a list of "non airline drink perferred people as well" so I don't offend them: I have an idea for them too! Instead of stressing on what he men want, I will give for couple!

I can't wait to meet you all. I owe Sharon, Stacey, and Heather a drink already!

Vow Renewa: Anyone interested in cake? We'll have plenty! Heather; you and DH can watch from above. Wait till you see my song selectiuon. We're not getting "full out" dress-up. Mother of the bride in a pale gold for me. LInen suit for Jon The girls are picking out their on our next pay day. I chose the "tropical floral theme" for flowers with a special surprise for the girls for joing and maid of honors. I loooked at David Bridal and its a little beyond my range, and a bit to "fancy". I'm thinking casual fo the firls. maybe matching sundresses! I am not sure but the ceremony is anywhere between 4 - 6 PM on Thursday the 28th.

I'll be cancelilng my Spa Day on Sunday. Anyone interested in trying to take my time spots?

I'll be cancelling our couples massage this week as well!! I will have a peak at your vow renewal!!! How exciting!!!! CAKE?? Yummy!!!

I won't be around tomorrow....it's mom's surgery day. We have to be at the hospital at 5:30am And we aren't morning people! She is having the port put in her wrist for future use for dialysis. Luckily it is outpatient surgery. So if you think about it, say an extra prayer or send a positive though our way! Thanks

Good luck on finding something for your girls to wear. Maybe you could find something for them at The Gap or Old Navy that would "match". Those are the stores that I usually head to when I'm trying to coordinate the family.

I'm thinking of Old Navy first. Even if they're not the same style (not likely for a 16 year old and a 7 year old, maybe they'll be the same pattern)

I STILL have no idea what time this thing is. I know its Thursday and my Palo reservation is at 7.

Here's my plan for Fish Extender.

Presents for the adults. Making sure the man gets two if he wears a kilt. Special present for people who aren't really fond of little airline bottles. I wonder if the liquor store gives quanity discounts.

Presents for kids. I'm done with the little ones. I'm struggling with the pre-teens and teens. But they will be different.

I think our FE closes soon. 45 days right? This is so we all have enough time to purchase/make, gather, and wrap.

FE's is like secret santa, just go to the dollar store buy something cute or silly. Its just really nice to get a gift every couple of days.
