May 21, 2006 4 night Wonder

:woohoo: ckphila - nope, I am not dressing for pirate night because my son is so different about stuff like that. He has never liked dressing up for Halloween, I took him to WDW last summer- he avoided the characters like the plague.
I would dress up, but no one else in my party would do it with me. :confused3

3sons, I can't wait to see the club. Or my 3 year olds eyes when she sees it.

:cheer2:

I can't wait to see the faces of my entire family! The first sight of the ship, the clubs, restaurants, pools, parties! :cheer2:
Dh has cruised before but the boys don't really know what to expect. Its going to blow them away. :Pinkbounc

We booked in October but I didn't know about pirate night then so I didn't take advantage of the day after Halloween sales. We are all dressing up, where else can you dress up like a pirate for dinner? We need to get started on our door sign - I'm not too computer savy so I need my DH's help. I don't have too long to get it all put together! Looking forward to seeing you all soon! :cheer2:

CND Castaway - I don't know how correct this info still might be but I called Disney back in November and I was told that Pirate Night is Nassau day. That would be day two. Who knows how much it has changed but if you want to know I would call Disney and see what they say.

I double checked with disney cruise and they confirmed the restaurants are repeated day 2 and 3 and the pirate night is day 3.

:cheer2: 22 MORE DAYS :cheer2:

We Received our flight info today. We went through a t/a and purchased a disney package (flight/tranportation/cruise).

Im not happy with the fligt disney set us up with :furious: . Leave harrisiburg, pa 8:30 am arrive atlanta at 10:00 leave atlanta 12:005pm arrive Orlando 1:45PM then take the next availiable disney bus to the port. The way it looks we will be lucky to be on the wonder by 3:00. Looks like alot of rushing that day.

I checked all flights and connecting for that day and there is about 4 availiable for that day that would get us there by 10:00- noon. I had my t/a check + I called disney. They will not change the flight plans. they advised me they do this to control traffic comming into the port. I know thats a crock but Ill keep trying. Next cruise Ill handle my own flight plans.

I know it will all work out and we will have a great time, I just was under the impression we would be in port alot eairlier. Guess we will eat lunch at the airport because food shuts down on the wonder at 3:30 to prepare for the muster drill at 4.

28 days till we sail away :cool1: :thumbsup2

Update:
We have been talking back and forth with my t/a and disney over this late arrival on the 21st. Disney would not change our flight times but did offer to fly us in on the 20th and put us up in a disney hotel for an additional $375.00.

Since we basicaly had no other choice we took the package and will be arriving on sat the 20th. Thats alot better than landing at 2:15pm on sunday then rush around. I think it will be better for my dd 1 1/2 also.

So now I can find something else to worry about.

Sorry to hear of your troubles/extra expenses DisneyMan36. :sad2: Lucky for us our t/a informed us that disney was not the best option for flights. She was able to save us quite a lot of $$$ by booking our flights for us. :thumbsup2 We decided to fly in a day before and stay at a airport hotel. Originally we were going to take a hotel shuttle back to the airport on sunday to take a disney transport (t/a suggestion), but I recently cancelled the disney transportation and opted for an alternative transport thru this web site. (click Transportation icon at the top of this page). They are going to pick us up at our non-disney hotel at a time we requested. Then pick us up at port on our return, again at a time we choose. BTW we saved $$ in the process. We should be in port by noon. My goal is to be first to board. :woohoo:

disneyman, I 'm so glad you got everything worked out! :cheer2: I bet it will be exciting for your family to stay at WDW the night before the cruise :cool1:

Kastaway kurt, we have the same goal! Watch out for me! :yay:

19 days and counting! :woohoo: e-mailed the t/a the other day asking about the paperwork she told me it should be coming any day now! :thumbsup2
I can't wait! :cool1:  :Pinkbounc pirate: :woohoo:

:rolleyes1 damiel, I only have lost five of those pounds.

No docs yet :sad2: I would love to have them before I leave on my business trip to NY. I am still holding hope out for a cabin upgrade. We still have a list a mile long to get done before we leave and it isn't helping that I will be gone for a week. I still need to get the pillowcases for the characters to sign, get my door sign done and get those pirate costumes squared away. It is going to be here before we know it! :goodvibes :goodvibes

Was just informed by T/A that she mailed my documents! :woohoo: I leave in
16 days for the cruise ! :woohoo:

:sad2: Still no documents :sad2: . I leave tomorrow for NY - I will miss checking the boards. Can't wait to get home on the 13th and catch up with you all!

Hey Everyone!

Guess what? :confused3
2 weeks from today, we sail away! :boat:
But I don't have to tell yall that, do I?

I have my documents, and I don't really know what I am supposed to fill out and what I am not supposed to fill out. Can someone help me? :hyper2:

Did any of you go to the disney crusie site and register on there? Should I do that?

Thanks :thanks:
Janet
