I decided to splurge on one day of LL Premier Passes for each park during our May 9-18 trip. I thought it might interest people to see how much you can do in how much time with LLPP.

I included things like Tom Sawyers Island and lunch and shopping for time purposes even though they of course do not need LL passes.
Unfortunately I forgot to note time spent in Animal Kingdom. But there are only 6 LL attractions and 1 (Kali) was closed due to weather. I think we got everything in, including a Satullli Canteen lunch, in about 3 hours.
We did not speed run. We just walked at a comfortable pace from one attraction to the next. During a more crowded season this might take longer because walking through corwds is slower, and Lightning Lane lines are not immune to crowd factors.
Besides the sheer number of passes, including for top tier rides, it was a huge benefit to be able to walk in a rational path around each park without needing to cross and back track multiple times because (as a possible example) you might need to do rope drop RnRC, then Rise, then ToT, then Star Tours. I know I've done that. Also being able to do all these without rope dropping or early entry was another big bonus, as was never needing to look at my phone to check times or book additional rides.
Was it worth it? As a one time treat, it was, absolutely. I'll be more strategic before buying any of them again. We paid MK $399, HS $309, EP $189, AK $159 all per person for a party of 3 (my wife, 20-yo daughter, and me). If the info I looked up is correct, the MK and AK prices were at the max of their range, which seems a bit odd for mid-May. MK was on a Saturday, and I think it was a bit cheaper during the week. AK was just some Monday in May. I think HS and Epcot were in the mid-range of their price possibilities.
I consider AK to have been the worst value despite the lowest price. There were just 5 rides and even if Kali was working that's not much. plus Kali has no appeal for us and we've never tried ever. YMMV.
Epcot probably wins best value ratio for attractions per dollar. I guess MK and HS charge a premium due to more top tier rides than Epcot, though this is subjective and I still think the Epcot LLPP is a better value with the much lower price point. This is especially so because the size and layout of Epcot makes efficient scheduling of LL passes with multi-pass nearly impossible. Also we skipped rides, especially in Magic Kingdom, even though we could have walked on to every one. With no kids in our party we just weren't going to do Aladdin, Barnstormer, Teacups, etc regardless of zero wait.
Total cost for the LLPP for 3 people 4 days and 4 parks was $3,168. As a comparison, the lowest possible price for a plaid tour is $3,150 ($450 x 7 hours) up to $9,000 ($900 x 10 hours). Plaid tour prices can cover up to 10 people, but just one day. I think you can park hop, but that's going to eat into time spent on attractions. Plus you should tip. I know the plaid tours come with some backstage access and a hopefully engaging guide, but IMO the real benefit is the skip the line access. My family has never seriously considered booking a plaid tour. LLPP made the best feature of a plaid tour accessible to us, even if it was still pretty pricey.
Hope this is helpful. Happy to answer questions.
