Hoping for the Disney Visa discount to come out tomorrow (as I have tomorrow off and have to be back at work on Monday).

We've already booked room only at rack rate using our Disney Visa. If we want to apply Disney Visa discount (assuing it comes out), do we have to cancel and rebook or can we apply it to the existing reservation?

I'm chomping at the bit for the next deal to come out! It's probably going to decide whether or not we stay on site and do the dining plan. We've never stayed on site before, so I'm hoping this is it!

we only stay on site even though it cost more. Stay on site and depending on where you stay it might only take 5 minutes to get to a park or back to the room. then you are not wasting time traveling if you don't want to stay all day. We go in the morning b4 it gets real busy and hot then leave and the kids swim then go back after it cools down.

Just remember, even if there's no visa offer, that doesn't necessarily mean there's no public offer. Visa hasn't a
Ways got the early access of late. But it's always good to call and verify.

If you want to stick with a room only reservation, you can just have the discount applied to your existing ressie. But if you are going to switch to a package reservation by adding tickets and DDP, then the existing reservation will be cancelled and a new package reservation made.

Wow, that's great Mary! I am hoping to stay at either POR (it is just hubby and myself) or AoA (I like the colorful theme) mid-May. If the POR discount can get the price down to what an AoA room is, we will probably be staying there.

I can't wait to see if there is a discount! Already booked for mid-May, but crunched the numbers, and if there is a 30% discount, would be able to afford Club Level for same cost as paying without discount! Never tried Club Level! Now I have myself all worked up, so if there is no discount I will be bummed. I'd be happy though at Disney in cardboard box. Especially if that Box had free snacks though and concierge level service....

I was told that they are not allowed to give out information on when promos/discounts will be released. I'm wondering if i have a room only AAA rate booked for May and i put the deposit (most of it) on my disney visa, should i be ok to apply a visa code (if that happens) without additional charges?

There is a Visa discount

Room discount with a free one day ticket is what the Cast member is telling me.

So far I know Beach Club Villa is only 20% and Board Walk Villa is 30%

I forgot to ask date range but my stay is May 24- June 2 and it covered my dates. And if you get a 4 day base ticket you get one day free. I saved 665 on my preferred room at POR. I know some had asked about a preferred room.

It's not a free ticket. If you buy a least a 4 day base you get a day added for free so you get a 5 day base for the cost of a 4.

My cast member said it included one day but I don't have anyway to verify and we know cast members are not always accurate

I was told it's buy 4 get the 5th free or buy 6 get the 7th free. But I didn't opt for that since the money savings was so little.

Just called Reservations no Pin Codes but did get Disney Visa card discount saved $410.00

I will take what I can get , but still watching for additional discounts
