Not working. Anyone have luck? I went to the web site below and entered my reservation number (it deletes the letters) and my information but it does not accept it. Disney told me this can only be done after check-in?

Found the answer on another thread...
It's the 12 digit, all number "reservation number" associated with your reservation, rather than the "confirmation number" that contains letters and shows up on the MDE reservations page. You can also find it on the page where you edit your magic bands.

Just a quick heads up! I was able to get a FP+ for BOG lunch so I am going to cancel our BOG dinner reservation ...its for Sat May 8th 6:35p for 4 people! I have to replace with another ressie so I cant hold it to coordinate. Heading over to cancel now! Good luck !
