May 2009 here we come!

We are going next May , for the last two weeks. We went at similar time in 2004 and it was really nice and quiet until the last weekend. I believe this is Memorial Day and we noticed a huge difference in crowds......and lots more Americans!!! Any advice on Disney tickets. Got 15 and 10 year old boys so was going to just do 1 day in each of the theme parks but wanted to use the water parks quite a bit. Staying at All Star Sports resort . There are too many choices of ticket?????
