May 2009 here we come!

Well, it looks like things are falling into place for first DIT trip - 3 weeks May 2009.

Got reservations for VWL, HRH and AKV, travel insurance, B&B night before flight, transport to BB and got flights sorted yesterday

Tickets later in year when deals up for 2009 especially re Universal and Busch; might get a Uni AP for rooom discounts at HRH and WDW 21 day ticket prices come down a bit.

i'll be there before the cruise - i reserved with DU for the hotel they have (dolphin? - can't remember)...

how wonderful!!

i'll be at the dolphin before the cruise...then on the cruise...
immediately after the cruise (thursday evening) i have to be in tampa florida for a conference (thursday through saturday)...
then i might go back to WDW or more likely i'll fly to my 2nd favorite place in the US (after WDW), Canyon Ranch spa in Tucson Arizona -if i go, i'll be at the spa for 2 weeks...

so all together it will be a month for me as well...

Been Feb and begining of May but not end of May.June before.

Flying with Virgin but booked via Dial-a-flight as they were £140 cheaper than direct with Virgin.

I am also there in May, booked it soon after coming back in April this year, but trying to stay calm this year, as I was to excited this year and I wished the time away between booking and going. So I am going to leave it until after my trip to Lanzarote in August before I start to get excited....

we stayed at portofino bay for 2 days, so that we would have front of the line in the parks...we stayed in concierge....it was nice...i didn't think it was up to the standard of WDW, but still it was nice and we enjoyed it....and enjoyed front of the line in the parks..

onsite at WDW, we've liked everywhere we've stayed....
our favorite is the grand floridian ...
our second favorite is the wilderness lodge....

We are going next May , for the last two weeks. We went at similar time in 2004 and it was really nice and quiet until the last weekend. I believe this is Memorial Day and we noticed a huge difference in crowds......and lots more Americans!!! Any advice on Disney tickets. Got 15 and 10 year old boys so was going to just do 1 day in each of the theme parks but wanted to use the water parks quite a bit. Staying at All Star Sports resort . There are too many choices of ticket?????
