I am a new SSR owner but want to use my points at HH in early May. My use year is March, so I can't book at HH until October. Does anyone know if it's difficult to get HH first week of May? Can I book SSR now for May and then if HH is available, change my reservation? This is all new to me, so thanks for the help

I'm not sure about availability at HHI in early May but you have it right that you can't book it until October but it has nothing to do with when your use year is. Yes you could book SSR now and then change the reservation when the 7 month window opens.

HH should not be difficult at 7 months out for that time but you could book day by day to be certain you go what you needed.
