So sorry for the confusion! We have four FE groups: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy. I've sent the list out to all of the closed groups, so Daisy is the only one still open. Due to Disboards policy, it won't let anyone send or receive a private message until you have 10 messages connected to your account. You have 12!

So, right now Group Daisy has 3 members. When it has 10, I will close the group and send the list out at that time. Hopefully it will fill up really soon to give you time to prepare!

I'm so sorry! I posted a message on March 29th that I was unable to send you the list by private message. Disboards won't let me if you don't have 10 messages connected to your account. If you click on your account name, it will let you know how many messages you have. You can acquire messages on this board or other forums on Disboards. Most people just reply to a lot of comments in a row. It's kind of fun! Let me know when you get 10 and I will try again.

Good Evening! I am getting a little worries. I have not received the FE list yet. I'm a planner so would really like to have it soon so I can start making/purchasing gifts. Did I miss something? Hi! To our new Disney Cruise Friends. We are so excited for May 20th. On Christmas was surprised our two girls with a Disney Vacation. Our youngest will be celebrating her 7th Birthday on May 21st and this is her first Disney experience. Our oldest is 12 years old and she is so excited for her first cruise and 2nd trip to Walt Disney World. We are very interested in the fish extenders. Please guide us in the right direction because this is our first time.

We surprised our girls on Christmas morning as well. The look on their faces was priceless! Can't wait to make new memories on The Disney Dream!

I really like the way you are organizing the FE groups for your cruise (character names, groups of 10, filled as people sign up). I am organizing the data for the FE groups on our October cruise, my first cruise and first time with FE, and I am trying to set it up in a similar way. I just wanted to ask if it has worked well for you this way - any bumps in the road so to speak? Did anyone drop out? If they were to drop out would you plan to fill the space with a new person or just leave it at less than 10? When you send people the completed lists are you just attaching a pdf or other type of file to a conversation msg? Any other tips or advice for a fellow FE organizer?

I had been a little bummed we didn't have more people joining yet, but it looks like the majority of your fellow cruisers joined within 3.5 months of the cruise and we're still over 6 months out. I'm so excited about making our FE and making and buying FE gifts!!

In my stateroom we will have myself (Amber) and my husband (Mica) and our three boys. Xander (9) Liam (8) and Greyson (2) please let me know if I need to do anything else to get us signed up!

It has been great!!! We haven't had any speed bumps! I believe it works to keep it simple without any rules, so everyone can make the fish extenders experience their own. (For instance, without price limits, who to give to and when) Especially short cruises.

Make it fun and convenient!

Having 10 rooms in each group lightens the carry-on load and reduces the cost. Noone has dropped out, but if that were to happen I would ask the specific group members what to do. Some people may have age or gender-specific gifts and others may not. So, if there was someone that would be okay with exchanging gifts with only 5 rooms of the group... then, that would work. I would definitely leave that kind of stuff compartmentalized to each group and that should work perfect!

You're exactly right about new rooms joining. For us, they have joined in clumps.

I try to keep my phone on hand and check it periodically to be available. This will prevent a lot of problems from escalating.... thankfully, we haven't had any. Our members are THE BEST!!!

I keep a MS Word template that I created and add the info for each group. Then save as a pdf form and send it by private message as soon as the group is closed for review. This has worked great!

I will send you my pdf form to view by pm.

I have really enjoyed organizing this for my first cruise and first time participating as well!!!
