I'm working on a costume, to be like the redhead from the potc ride. DH has a Jack Sparrow costume that he made for the last cruise by going to the goodwill and ripping the arms off of a jacket...sadly we had enough pirate gear to pretty much totally outfit him other than that, lol!

I wish I had taken a photo of the before, I took a dress from the goodwill and am taking it apart and remaking it, the bodice will be made from an old fitted T...trying to make things easier on myself

Anyway I was just curious how many other cruisers will be in costume

For DS I think I'll just put him in a cute pirate themed outfit, since he's very picky about hats and scratchy things and he'll just be 2 when we sail.

I will be in a pirate top and my DD will be dressed up. I have full pirate garb but I dont want it to take up my luggage room. If I have room I will pack that as well.

Badkitty1985, hopefully you'll have space in your suitcase, I think I'm going to need to bring us each a suitcase, DH was just given his uncle's tux, has a suit and his pirate costume...normally we travel light and DS has most of the stuff, this time we'll probably have equal amounts!

Maybe, if I can get up early enough, I might join in for the morning run/walk meet up that Jeff Spencer has on the website. But that is a strong maybe... Not sure I want to be running already at 7:30 am during my vacation!!

Thanks!! I kind of like the idea of having a set time in the day for exercise. I don't want to think about how much weight I would gain on a 15 night cruise if I don't make sure to burn at least some of the calories I eat! I just don't like the 7:30 am time!

Fish Extender Update:

Groups 1, 2, and 3 are closed.

Group 4 is still open, but will be closing FRIDAY, MARCH 28. I want to make sure everyone has time to create/plan gifts.

If people want to participate after the March 28 cut off, I will collate them all into a group, depending on the number of people. That "straggler" group will be cut off about 2 weeks before we set sail - after that, I don't think it is fair to add more people.

Anyone signing up between now and March 28 will be put into group 4, so it may end up slightly larger than 20 rooms.

As always, please email or hit me up on Facebook if you have further questions. If you signed up for Groups 1-3 and have NOT received an email with the list, please let me know.

We like doing the Walk A Mile with the cruise staff and on the Eastbound Panama Canal Cruise last year, they offered this twice: once in the morning at around 9:00 and then again mid afternoon.

Hm, that sounds interesting. But I am more of a runner than a walker - at least for exercise.

But all those different cruise line activities is what I am looking most forward to. All those sea days to be filled with fun stuff to do. I am especially counting on catching up on seeing lots of films. It is so difficult to get to see American movies in the original (not dubbed) version here, so I have not seen any Disney films since November and count on being able to see them on the ship!
