Im not Tazgirl, Im her mom. I took her back home during the weekend. They did have a blast at Disney though. We all have plenty of pictures. Chris had a ball.

Actually, only one of them is a DD (the one with glasses)....the other is her girlfriend. The two girls and I went together on the trip and had a blast! Thanks so much for reading!

Oh my, they look like sisters. Well both are cute anyways. You do have a nice looking family. So you just have one daughter? No other children? Ive only read part of your stuff. I will go back later and finish. hehehehe I have two daughters, of course you know one is Shauna , the other is Jenny, she lives with us cause she is handicapped. She is just slow. She is 31 yrs old but mentaly is about thirteen.

LOL...........you can look all you want, if you find them on the Magic, they are stow aways!!! This cruise is for our 25th...no kids....just us two lovebirds.

Owwww that is so sweet. But you never know, anything to go on a Disney Cruise. Ive threatened my daughter to stow away in her luggage. hehehehe That will be a sweet time for just the two of you though. That is so sweet.

Hey everyone...Sorry Ive been MIA for the past month or so...trying to get everything ready for our cruise coming up in October...Then I promise that I will be on here all of the time

Tazgirl, how was your trip to WDW? The kids and I have been missing WDW so much lately! We went to DL this year instead, but it's just not the same. We're definitely a WDW family at heart. Did your son have a favorite ride?

The trip was great...we had a blast...The weather was nice and it only rained once while we were there and it was fun when it did rain (Chris had to play in the rain of course) His favorite ride now is Toy Story Midway Mania...He LOVES that ride and often tells my sister HOW to play the game....He beats me some times

Toribelle- Thank you SO MUCH for the postcard. Chris loves it and carrys it around when he spots it sitting on the desk. He says "Thats my mail!"

Laura- You have a very nice looking family. Thank you for sharing pictures. You will have a very nice anniversary onboard...We will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary onboard

Well I am off to read Laura's pre trip report And I will do my best to try to get on here more often Its just hard because not only are we cruising in two weeks...we are moving as soon as we get home

Well it's been nice chatting with everyone, but I have to say with a sad heart that I will not be on the May 2nd cruise with you guys.

I will be cruising (3nighter)in August and going to Disney World. Then taking an Adventure by Disney to the Southwest instead. So it is all good, but I'll miss meeting you all.

Maybe someday our paths will cross.

Oh Toribelle...I am happy that you have a different cruise in the works and more fun things coming your way...but I am sad that you will not be cruising with us and we do not have the chance to meet you in person. I must again say "Thank You" for the sweet postcard...my son came across it again today and said "Thats My Card from Mickey" He just loves it We will miss you...but look forward to seeing you around the forum

Aww, that is really too bad that we won't be able to meet up with you. But it sounds like your vacation plans will be made up for by doing the cruise and Disney and then an Adventure by Disney.....all sounds great!!! Hope you enjoy!

Hi everyone,

I've been absent, too. School started again, and my life online (and off) changes when that happens.

I've also been looking into buying into the DVC, which is exciting but a bit scary in terms of cash outlay. We have an inheritance coming to us from my mom, and I wanted to use some of it to buy something that we could all enjoy and remember her with whenever we used it. Anyway, that's my story.

Toribelle, I'm sad to see you go, but your new plans sound like a lot of fun. Please check back in and say hello. I'd love to hear from you again.

Laura, your family looks lovely. Are they jealous not to be coming with you? DH and I have thought about taking a solo WDW trip when I graduate, but when we mentioned it to the kids, their response was:

Pinch me. We made an offer on a DVC resale at the BCV, and it was accepted!

I can't believe it. We've taken the first step to becoming Mouse Owners.

Just wanted to share the news with all of you. When Mom died last year, our summers, which had always been spent with her, suddenly changed, so I decided to spend part of the money she left us on the DVC, which will enable us to spend a bit of our summer in another, new way. The kids have been begging us to visit Disney more often and this will enable it. Plus, I like that Mom will always be with us in spirit whenever we visit, as the person who made it all possible.
