Here is what we are doing for the October Meet (just to give you an idea):

Each person has to get or give a FE gift for everyone on the list..We are only doing it one time...so lets say I get a bag of goodies for everyone, I would be assigned ONE day to give out my gifts to everyone (depending on how many people have signed up, then More than one person each day will be giving out gifts...I think we have 3 people per day giving out gifts) but we have 25 rooms signed up.
We are giving out 1 gift bag/gift per room but some of us are including gifts for kids and such in our bag of gifts for each room I hope this makes sense...

SO lets say there is you and your daughter and friend in one room...I MYSELF would include in your giftbag, a gift for you to enjoy (or a family gift), a gift (age appropriate) for your daughter and maybe also a gift for the friend as well. I am not saying that everyone is doing this, but just me personally would include things for everyone. Although sometimes hubby and wife would have to share gifts but this equals only one gift bag type thing per room. I know sometimes if people cannot afford this, they may only include like one generic gift for everyone to share. Just FYI.

I love this plan, Taz. Just let me know what you need me to do.

Please skip the princess stuff for my DD12, though. She hates princesses. She's more of a pirate girl.

I agree. My DD is thirty but handicapped, she is slow. So mentaly she is a teenager. But No Princess stuff for her either, she would rather have the Pirates stuff. Unless it was animals Both my girls would go for anything with Animals on it. hehehehe Yea that is Tazgirl too. She used to have a zoo at her house. Love ya hon.

We can make note later of those who have girls that do not care for the Princesses for everyones sake Im not saying that is what I am doing for this cruise, but If I do go that route then it will be nice to know...as well for anyone else who might have that idea

Ok, here is our ,"Little ,big man". HE is all ready for the cruise. This is Chris, our grandson, Tazgirl's son.The love of our lives.These are the three of the picts that I like.

I wanted to share pics of the shirts that I did the other day. The top one (red and white) is mine and the bottom shirt is Christo's (green). Its the iron on Glass crystals by "Tulip" Glam-It-Up. I have to say that I think they turned out rather well. You have to do each one individually so it wasn't a fast process But it was fun and worth it. I might have to use this type of idea to make some cruise shirts

So, what's everyone doing for the long weekend? Up here, it's our last weekend before school starts, so we're playin' like there's no tomorrow!

School has already started here. It started the day before that storm then school was closed because of it. Today we had a yard sale between the rain. Like we need more rain. Oh well. Hope all the Magical MAYniacs are ok these days. Hi to all.

The kids in our area head back to school on Tuesday too! I only have one left in high school.....the other 2 are University students, well, actually, our oldest is just finishing her Masters in Education and will be a "real" teacher in December!!!

Plans here for the long weekend include me racing around like a chicken with my head cut off!!!! I am a nurse and a foot specialist (I work with a chiropractor), nursed in the hospital for 6 years and then moved into the chiropractic field and have been there for just over 20 years.....I LOVE what I do! But..........DH is GM of a convenience store chain (120 stores) and somehow I get roped into helping out somewhere in the chain every waking minute. A manager (who happens to be a friend) is on holidays so I am looking after her store for her this week and this weekend until Tuesday, which means that I have had very early mornings and very late nights, most days at least 15 - 17 hours long........so I am totally pooped!!!!!!! Can't wait for the weekend to end!!!!

The one thing I did get to do this weekend is go and see The Dark Knight....just loved it!!! Well, enough of my complaining! Cheers to the rest of the weekend!!!!


OH MY GOODNESS............I have to edit to say WOOHOO!!!!! My ticker changed to 7 months!!!!!
