We will be taking the kids (5 & 8) for the first time. When I was booking everything seemed to be filling up fast. Is there something special going on at that time?

Possible Pirates Premiere weekend is speculation but other than that, nothing that I know of. I looked on expedia and there seems to be a lot available! Maybe try a different site or the actual hotel website!!! It should be a great time to go!

Do kids actually stay the night at the hotels for those nights? I always thought it was more of a local thing. Or in one case, a friend of mine from Lake Havasu went to hers there and they left at 4 or 6am or something like that and got straight back on the bus.

Interesting, I never thought grad nights would make bigger hotel crowds. Thanks, I'll have to remember that for future trips!

yeah they do go on all night but alot of parents go down and stay the night so the kids dont have to ride back and stay up all night...definitely know from experience
