DCL has a thank you party with lots of characters for the Gold and Platinum cruisers. In my experience, most people on the longer cruises are gold or platinum.

Shoot - I knew I should have taken another cruise to get Gold before this trip.

Just in case you saw the original post 12 hours ago.... it is now updated showing the volunteers (THANK YOU!) and DIS names of the groups they will be handing out. These are all bagged, double-bagged for their group, and in the box to go!

If volunteers can show up at 2:45 at Promenade Lounge that will be awesome. Also, Paul will be handing out hoodies/shirts at that time to those who ordered previously.

ok - my OCD has kicked into overdrive. We are packed (except for the formal dresses we have to wear this Friday night)!

Now I am finally looking at the FE list that Sarah has been managing...and VERY WELL I might add.

I seem to have a mess of blanks and missing cabin numbers on my copy. So, maybe some folks could help me out here?

I am looking for cabin numbers for the following folks:

Txcnm - what are your genders please? We have you listed for two cabins, but don't know what gender gifts to leave!

I believe all cabin numbers are updated on the links Sarah sent out via google docs. These are folks who were *gty and received cabin numbers on Friday and she has since updated.

okay - I will probably use the WEBPAGE rollcall list to put in DIS Navigator because the Facebook list was for a "closed" group -- some folks felt better about putting names in "closed" group vs a public document, and since I am creating a public document I need to err on the side of caution.

I have noticed on FE there are some who don't want names published at all, hence the reason it was kept via google docs and never published anywhere except to those involved with FE.

I am terrified of putting something on the DIS Navigator (that will be uploaded to website) that someone did not want published. Some do not want cabin numbers shared (they were fine to share on FE list but not publicly). The Webpage rollcall is where people were able to put things out there "publicly" so I think that should be okay using that public list.

So long story short: If you want these names/cabins from our Facebook page then might be best to just have a printout with you personally. I will only be including the list below in the DIS Personal Navigator.

The website has to be manually updated with cabin numbers by Chris, who is in London on business right now and will have just a quick turn around before boarding the flight to London. I will list only names/cabins as they are listed there with an asterik at the bottom to clarify these were input by folks a while back.

Those on Facebook have a different list going, some with more names or cabin numbers. But it is in a "closed" group so I know some felt more open to list their cabin there versus here. You might have to use that list if you are over there.

Same thing for FE list - some had indicated they did not want children's names published.

So to cover all bases, I will use the one and only public list we have had - that people submitted on their own -- our webpage list. Any other list will need to be gathered by folks on their own. I cannot be held responsible for putting info out there on the DIS Navigator and will use only the "public" list. I just can't go through getting my rear chewed again publicly or behind my back while on vacation - so erring on the side of caution to keep everyone's info secure.

I still need to print a thingies to go on Candy Swap candy for distribution. Give a little history of the candy. Printed recipe cards yesterday. FE is done. Badges done. Packing clothes - not started. LOL! House cleaners come tomorrow so I have to spend today cleaning so they can get to what they actually come to clean

I asked my better half and she informs me that some people do wear Tiara's on formal night, however I don't, I just wear a skirt.

You sound like me! Google "EBTA" and "DCL Magic" and see various messageboards, lurk, and some have their own thing going on etc. I am borrowing my daughter's tiara for Champagne Girls but wasn't planning on wearing one at night. I have seen some previously though.

I have to say that is always such a great experience for kiddos (and adults) not familiar with seeing Scottish kilts in-person. Another great learning opportunity onboard!
