It seems that there are threads for the other weeks in May. We need one too, right?! :grouphug: Let's get some info about each other!!!

Has anyone started packing?

Those of us staying onsite, have you received your ME luggage tags and/or information from WDW?

What are you most looking forward to doing or experiencing?

What trip number is this for you?

My DS12.5 and I leave on 5/18. We are almost packed. Do not need shorts in Maine, quite yet. My DS just needs to get his pins ready. We are staying at the Royal Pacific Resort. for our 5 day trip. We are spending 1 day at Disney. I got PS for Cinderella's Castle only 2 weeks ago. They had been booked for a while for dinner time. I even got the time I wanted.... Yeah.

This was a quick last minute trip. Got RT NS tickets on Southwest for $115 each. We will be back at the world in August for 2 weeks for a full family vacation with DS14 and DH.

I can not wait - I need this time away. We are looking forward to getting away, no family fighting, esp btw DSs. With 2 of us, we know what we want to do and will not have 2 other people..... Oh yeah, just want warm weather, something ove 60 degrees..... :Pinkbounc

:cool1:

Here's mine:

I have a master packing list and a few things in a bag. That's it.

No luggage tags or info from Disney for Magical Express.

I am most looking forward to experiencing Soarin' and seeing the looks on my kids faces when we do the Star Wars activities.

This is our 3rd trip - first one without Dad (who is graciously staying home to drive cheerleader DD to her activities).

Hey mainelyj - we're flying Southwest also. It's our first flight on SW and hoping we don't have an experience that gets us on the Airline show.

We are taking the last flight out from Manchester, NH. I am hoping all will go well. I am leaving work early for head to the airport and picking my DS up at one of the highway exits - DH will have him. My fear - car breaking down.... But, all cars have been serviced, so I should be ok. My back up plan is to pay a tow truck drive to take me to the airport :flower: :flower: Like I said, I neeeeeed this get a away.

As far as our trip number, we lost track years ago. My son thinks this is trip number 13 - lucky thirteen.

Hi ! We are leaving on the 19th til the 23rd. We can't wait - its our disneymoon!! I am soooo excited. I am almost packed and DH is not at all. Said he will pack day before. I have not received any tags but we did our trip through Expedia. We can't wait to go - we need a vacation from everybody!!! YEAH STAR WARS WEEKENDS!!!! :thewave:

:wave2: I'm going to be there from May 14 - ,May 20. Haven't started packing yet, but I've planned out exactly what I'm going to bring. I'm going with one of my best friends, and this is our first trip! (although we've both been to Disneyland many times) I'm looking forward to everything, but especially the FOOD.

Going May 13- 20th staying at Pop Century with my DS 20 and DD 17. This will be our 5th trip. We are looking forward to seeing Revenge of the Sith May 18 and midnight at AMC theaters in DTD. Woo Starwars :)

I havent started packing yet but got the suitcases down at least. ;)
And no, no ME tags yet.

I'm not going to worry about the tags I just want to have fun at Disney. :earsgirl:

Can we play too? We'll be there May 13-22.

No packing yet, but I think we are going to 'inventory' our warm weather clothes later tonight to make sure we have enough.

We're driving, but the in-laws are flying - no ME tags yet.

Can't wait, either! We leave the 17th - 25th - our longest stay yet. We are staying at POR - DH, me, DS22, DD2, DD2 - DD16 had to stay home (at a friends house) - couldn't get out of school for that long, especially as we took her this past December. I'm looking forward to warmer weather, too. We've had frost on the windows every morning this week.

We are actually celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary - early as we didn't want to plan a triip during hurricane season :rotfl2:

Have a few things put aside, I've aired out the suitcases, but haven't yet started packing. I'll probably do that starting middle of next week.

This will be DH's 8th trip - he was there for opening day ceremonies! My 6th, DS's 3rd and the twin's 2nd.

Have a great trip everyone :flower:

We're going the 17th to the 24th. All-Star movies, We're doing plenty of character buffets during our visit and we can't wait. Anyone else staying the movies?

All packed and ready to go...we called the Disney number because our travel agent still hasn't recieved the ME tags. They have a recording stating they are having difficulties with the tags. It says to locate a "blue coat" (Disney person with a blue coat and big white Mickey gloves) to assist you with identifying your luggage and getting you to the right bus. The woman we spoke to said they will have list of the people who have the ME service and not to worry at all. Good luck to everyone!

Can't wait...suitcases are not packed, but ARE in the hallway! :Pinkbounc

Only shadow: Our whole family got a nasty respiratory virus at the Star Wars Celebration III in Indy a couple of weeks ago and still feel worn out from it! (I'm on my 2nd round of anti-biotics for secondary bacterial infections...ugh!) Someone assure me that we will all be HEALTHY for our WDW trip!

Looking forward to Star Wars Weekend #1 and staying at POR for the 1st time!!!

Karla B. :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

My hubby & I will be at POP Century 5/12 - 5/21! :) We are celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary on 5/13 - really looking forward to trying out the California Grill that night. Also really looking forward to checking out the Flower & Garden Festival & the Star Wars events for the first time.

We are completely packed - only things I need to throw in our toothbrushes, toiletries that we'll need until we leave. :) We still haven't gotten anything for ME, but don't really think that we will at this point. Not too worried about it, though.

This will be our 7th trip together - both took a few trips each growing up with our families. Can't wait to be somewhere warmer!! :teeth:

We are going May 14-23. We have not started to pack yet, but are starting to get things together that we need for the trip. I will probably start packing on tuesday. We are leaving on sat at 545 am. We are also getting married the day before we leave, so we have a lot to do, rehearsal, in laws flying in, then the wedding.

Still have not received our ME luggage tags as of yet. I hope that they do arrive in time.

We will be doing a lot of resort hopping in this trip as you can see, and since this is our honeymoon trip, it will be the first time going without kids, which will be strange.

This is my 6th trip to WDW, and the second for my new wife to be. We just returned from our most recent trip in sept. This will also be the first trip ever in May. I am looking forward to great weather and hopefully low crowds. I am really hoping it is busy enought though for the Timekeeper to be open this trip.

DD and I will be at POR May 19-22 and ASMu May 22-23. This is my 16th trip and DD was in the College Program in Spring '04. We have not received ME tags, but I just requested them last week. I have not packed yet and will not begin until May 15th when I wash whatever I take. We don't have any PSs. We'll just stop and eat whenever we want and choose what's convenient. I'm looking forward to the new attractions/shows and also the Flower and Garden Show.

Me and Dh will be at AKL May 15th and May 16th. We are driving (thankfully its only 3 hours) so we don't have ME tags. Just booked the room last week so I haven't gotten the confirmation yet. But when I booked at POFQ I got the confirmation AFTER I got back from the trip. But I did get my Disney Insider magazine (for passholders) It made me even more excited about the trip. As you can see from my signature I have been too many times to count but after a 10 year hiatus I fell back in LOVE with WDW and this will be my 4th trip in the past year, all onsite. In previous years (except when I was real little) we stayed offsite - that was back when there was only Magic Kingdom!! Oh how I love WDW!!!! I CAN"T WAIT!!!!!!!!!

We will be there too! May 16-20 at SSR and Poly! This is our longest stay, as we only live 2 hours away. This is our 8th stay onsite within the last year....and I can't even calculate all the times we have gone prior! We used to live in Orlando, so we went alot! Very excited about this trip as we plan to go to the parks in the morning and evenings and relax at the resort during the day. DD, 2 1/2, is very excited and can't stop talking about Mickey Mouse, the castle, Cinderella, and Pooh!! I am just as excited and DH, well he thinks we visit WDW a little too much, but I make the plans, so he just goes along!

We will be at POR May 19-24! Our first trip to Disney with our five year old son! Haven't got our ME tags yet...hopefully soon! We have all the things suggested to bring to parks, but haven't got the suitcases out yet-probably this week. I am a teacher and going crazy with end of the year stuff, so I have been putting off packing. We get out the 18th and leave the next morning for Disney. My son has been counting down the days. He is SOOO excited! Hope everyone has a great trip!! See you there! :)

We are leaving the 17th (driving down from Atlanta) and staying until the 22nd. It will be our seventh trip. The four of us are staying at PO-FQ and making a Disney/Star Wars trip. We have midnight show tickets for opening night at DowntownDisney AMC theaters and will go to Star Wars weekends at MGM on Friday and Saturday. It will be the first time our entire family has gone to WDW together.

I have not started packing yet but plan to start this weekend.
I have not received any ME luggage tags. I have gotten the basic info - regular luggage tags and my AAA diamond cards.

I am just looking forward to going and seeing Mickey :earsboy:

This is DH and my first trip together since we were younger.

I am still trying to get another PS for CRT. Originaly spectro was on Tuesday so I have a dinner PS there. I still want to eat there though. So we'll go Tuesday and on Saturday do a water park then go to MK in the evening for Spectro. I'd rather just have my PS on the same day as a spectro day so I can do it one day. We haven't been so I want to give each park it's one full day or at least one park two 1/2 days or something. This change is cutting into MGM Star Wars Weekend time. No park hoppers :(
