Hi Shawan! I try to work out at least 3 times a week in a TEAM class at Lifetime but it doesn't always work out. I would love to lose weight before the cruise but am not going to beat myself up if I don't. The way I see it -- there is more of me to love! At least that is what I tell Yoni!

I've just recently started to be good about excercizing and have hit the gym three times a week. I'm lucky if I get in 30 min on the eliptical and then 20 min of weight machines. Not a lot has been happening in shrinking anything, but I'm going to keep working on it till the cruise...

I just wanted to say that I would like to participate in the FE's that the group is doing. What are the details? How many small gifts do I need?
I was also wondering what people were putting on their door magnets? I've never made them before but really want to do them for this cruise, especially if I am going to participate in the FE's. Is there an "offical" name for this cruise that I could put on the magnet?

Regarding the magnets - Lucyddr created a logo but I don't remember which page it might be on. Have you checked out the magnet thread on the main cruise board? There are a lot of people that are willing to create (or edit ones) for you. I've copied a lot of them and hopefully I'll get working on them this weekend.
Well believe it or not I actually work out alot! (You wouldn't believe it when you look at my pics). I say that at least I'm "heart healthy". Here's my weekly workout routine:
Sunday- 20 minutes cardio with 45-60 minutes of weights
Monday- 60 minutes elliptical or stepper
Tuesday- 30 minutes cardio with 45 minute Zumba class
Wednesday- 60 minute kickboxing class
Thurdsday- 30 minutes cardio with 45 minute Zumba class
Friday- 60 minutes elliptical or stepper
Saturday- 60 minute Zumba class
Holy Moly!!! I'm tired just reading about all that excercise.
