Celeste, do you know of a team for the 3 day breast cancer walk in Chicago this year? My sil and I *might* want to join a team. We are still debating whether or not we can raise $2200 a piece for pledges, but we'd like to do the Chicago walk.

Yesterday was such a beautiful day, 50 degrees, wind under 10mph, we got our Christmas decorations down finally! Today it will be back to winter, the wind is suppposed to be gusting up to 70mph!!! I need to get out as soon as it gets light for my dog walk, before the wind starts up!

We need to get this back on page 1, no one will ever find the new thread on page 3! Wonder if anyone else is looking for a new thread? Well, good morning to those of us who have found it. It looks like a decent day here in Cheyenne, yesterday was terrible, 40-50 mph winds with 70mph gusts, wind chill of well below 0! Today is calm, sunny (for now), and temps are in the mid 20's-good day for a walk! The dogs missed their walk yesterday. Have a good day everyone!

It's sunny here in NJ with mild winds. We've been experiencing a very mild winter too. Since it didn't snow for Christmas, now, I'm ready for SPRING!

QUESTION: Can guys also register for the Minnie Marathon 5 K? I want to do that one. Right now the 15K is just too much for me!

Anyone?

Old Key West Resort​

This will be an open house with wine and cheese and other snacks. Since there will be many from this cruise, the Repo cruise and some of my pin friends there at the same time it is a great time to get together!

I will post my room number when we arrive or PM me and I will give you my last name and you can call the resort and ask for my room. I will put a message on the voice mail.

Hope you can join us!

We just registered for the 15K, as we are getting in just before Debbie's party, we will probably spend Sat. morning at the Expo to pick up our bibs and stuff. And, yes, Scott and I are both doing the 15K, don't know much about the 5K. Rumors are that when they make this a "Princess" themed race, there will not be a 5K, and it will be women only - just rumors of course.

...just heard on CNN about a man who walked into a Lane Bryant Store in the Chicago area and shot 5 people dead.....they are reporting that it was a robbery that went wrong.....as a Lane Bryant shopper I can say that it is scary to hear something like this....innocent people killed for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.....and to think that it could happen anywhere and at anytime.....so please take a moment to give a to your loved ones and make sure you tell them that you love them....
