Hi Kelli

Well.....celebrations had to be kept low key this year....you see on March 22 Mom fell and broke her right pinkie at the joint where your finger joins onto your hand...well she didn't just break the bones she shattered them!!! She had emergency surgery (by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon) this past Thursday so I have added the roles of Nurse Nightingale and Cinderella to my duties. Mom is still in a lot of pain but is coping. We are hoping that it heals up nicely before our DCL cruise in September.

I keep telling Mom that she fell on purpose to get out of all the spring cleaning projects we had planned around the house!!! I don't really believe that but it makes her laugh when I say it.

Well, you know, laughter is the best medicine!! Give her a big hug for us, and take good care of her. What was she doing? Moving furniture or something important like that? I think I'll add her pic to my snowmobile thumb pic!! We can be twins!!

Btw, I had a guy in my training class a week ago that spends a couple weeks each summer with his parents at/in Lake Christina. I know it's not close to you, but he had some "special" Canadian tylenol that makes me think I need to come visit for a weekend some time!! I had NO idea you could get that stuff over the counter! Even my no-drugs chiropractor is up for a road trip!!!

I wish I could say she was moving furniture or something important like that...she actually fell off our front porch (1 step) onto our concrete walk...ouch!!! She has no idea how it happened...no ice or snow.

Well they are "technically" behind the counter but all you have to do is ask the pharmacist for it!!!!!

This will be an open house with wine and cheese and other snacks. Since there will be many from this cruise, the Repo cruise and some of my pin friends there at the same time it is a great time to get together!

I will post my room number when we arrive or PM me and I will give you my last name and you can call the resort and ask for my room. I will put a message on the voice mail.

Scott, where did you get your carpeting? I hope you have better luck with that than we did the vinyl!!
