Well .. all packed and ready to go We are flying out to Orlando tomorrow morning .. are we the first of our group to leave ?

I think you are the first I have heard of heading out. Have a safe journey and see you on the Dream!

We hope to start this Thursday with the trip to GA to pick up our oldest DD who is doing this trip with us.

We are trying to take out time and relax. We need that for sure.

We go from GA to Disney to take advantage of the free dining while we stay at PC before our cruise. We cruise from the 13th to the 17th and then we head back to Disney to use some banked DVC points at OKW. We stay there until we leave for Costa Rica on May 23rd. We spend a week in Costa Rica taking a retirement seminar and touring the country. We then return to MCO to take a few days to get back to GA and finally NC.

I am not packed yet and I am beginning to panic!

Me and my wife are getting ready for my first cruise. Really excited.

We booked a verandah GTY room and today we got confirmation that we got a room in category 4A. More excited

Oh my Goodness...... can this really happen? I will be so disappointed if there are more Love Bugs on board than humans!

This happened last year. There were so many of them that passangers were not allowed out on their verandas while the crew tried to power wash them off. They blew off once the ship was at sea and they had the sail away party the next day.
There are pics out there somewhere. Nasty!

Curious to hear where you heard so far in advance about CC weather.

Our Castaway Cay day is still 9 days away and a lot can change during that time. Try not to worry about it and just look forward to, for most, the highlight of the cruise.

Weather Channel has Tuesday - May 15th at 30% chance of rain. Like Otimon said, a lot can change with weather. I'm sure we will be fine.

Gotta love weather reports from the Caribbean- last night I was stressing because it was showing 60% chance of rain on our Castaway Cay day. Today, it's showing 82 degrees, partly cloudy and 0% chance of rain! If that holds up and we can avoid any love bug problems, I'll be a very happy camper.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday when I saw it.. Nice to see that it's 0% chance of rain on our Castaway Cay today. Still too early to tell though.

I've never seen a Cruise Meet thread so quiet before a cruise. What's up everyone? Our flight leaves tomorrow morning and we are spending the day with family in Orlando before we crash in a hotel for the night. Hope everyone has a safe trip!
