Remember the ole Polish proverb " just because you can't decorate the outside of your stateroom door, does not mean that you can't decorate the inside part of the steel door" For the kids it will be just as fun...and things won't have to be trashed.... Just a taught.

I am happy we can still do our door sign. It is not a bad idea to put it inside. But DCL said magnets are ok. I was wondering what kind of person would glue it on the door. I would not even think of that one.

Yeah for door signs. Mine are only magnets so I have nothing to worry about.

Now if I can find some clothes. Went power shopping again and ended up with nothing.

Okay so excited just booked the day room at the Hyatt for our last day. Thanks for that idea again!
We can go from the boat to Hyatt hang out swim run around and take it easy before our long plane ride at 7 pm that night!

I was wondering how much was your room. I am thinking about doing the samething.

It Was 89$. The Hotel Is Attached To The Airport. That Really Sealed It For Me. We Have Such A Long Flight And Don't Want To Waste The Day Away In The Airport. Day Rate Is 10-6. Our Flight Is At 7:20.

I now when I gave you that idea I was thinking about it. I never checked into it. I might have to talk to DH about it.

I can now officially cross the ordering of park tickets off my list of "to do's". They should arrive in about 5 working day or less.
I saw some nice photos posted of the Country Inn and Suites that we will be staying in Saturday night before sailing out. Looks nice and I am even a bit more excited now! We have a kids suite with bunkbeds for the girls so they should enjoy that for the night.

Hey everyone. There are new Navigators on Castawayclub.com!!!!!! They are dated from the end of March but that is better then anything else I can find. I can officially highlight for my trip now and over-plan!!!!

Everyone have fun at the parks. I can't wait to take my son again. He was over stimulated after about 2.5 hours everyday and we missed alto. This was the first time that I went with a small child. It was a great way to go. It was like being at the park for the first time. I think we will end up going again around Jan. It was a great time to go. Nice weather and no crowds.

Scottie glad to hear that you got that out of the way. I must say that is a big one to get off the to do list. The hotel sounds great. I love it when the kids get there own space.

Skyw Thanks for the have fun. This will be our 1st trip with kids to the parks and I can not wait to see their faces.

Is it just me or does this trip seem to be coming up fast now. I think I should start working on some of that to dolist myself.

I was checking those Navigators out with the kids the other day. We found lots of things they want to do in the clubs on the ship and off at Castaway Cay. The girls really took a liking to the kids club section on the island last trip.

We are not having a very good night here. So just reading the posts and going to castawayclub.com has been wonderful. Has kept me in the right mind that we are leaving in a couple of weeks.

DH got is test results and everything seems ok for now they are just going to be watching things for a while but nothing to worry about to much.

One last note real quick do not forget to pack sunblock.

What is the club like at the island? I saw some of the activities and was planning to have him with me but some of the stuff looks cool. Do I have to send him with sunscreen?

I am glad that castawayclub. com was able to brighten your day. When I found the new navigators I was dancing around the house. I printed them off, crawled in bed and started highlighting.

SO my question is ...what will I obsess over after the 17th of May?

Temps in the Bahama's are in the mid 80's!!!! Water temps look a little low in some spots. anywhere from 70's to 80's. Geez I hope it is warm water at CC.

I think water temps will come up in the next couple of weeks. There normall is a big weather jump in May. I must say I did not think of printing them out that might be the thing to do.


Well folks I am a caller to DCL. But due to mail problems I have too....I just called and spoke to someone that is very helpfull and said our Doc's should go out on Firday but maybe sooner. I have been advised by DCL customer service and the mail Dept to call everyday to get my tracking number between now and then just in case. There is two house's with the same house number and the same street name just one is lane and one is cir. and we never seem to get our stuff and the other house very unfriendly people send it back. We can not have that. So I will do as they say and call everyday but they seem to think our ships will go out on Friday. Or should we say those who Doc's are printed. So keep your eyes out.

Also DCL told me today they will have magnets to give out a customer service for those who need one. 1st come 1st serve.

Here is some info I found online to describe the club on the beach:

Scuttles Cove
Children's Program Area If you want your kids to take part in the kids programs on Castaway Cay day, you will check them into the program right at Scuttle's Cove. (The program counselors have laptop computers with the check-in information). This area is located AWAY from the water and the counselors will not take the children near the water.

The fun, sandy play area features Monstro Point, a "whale dig" site complete with jumbo-sized whale bones. Several activities for the different kids age groups are planned throughout the day here. The programming closes down at 3:30 so the counselors can move from the island to the ship.

We cruised around the same week last time and had really nice weather. The water was comfortable enough to swim in.

Scottie, Thanks for the info. Good I am glad the water will be warm. At least warm enough to play in.

We saw Meet the Robinsons a couple of weeks ago. It was great. My 3 year almost sat thru the whole thing. We missed the last 10 minutes. But the previews were sooooo longgggg that it made a 1.5 hours movie into over 2hours. I hope they show it. I would like to see it again. Or maybe the ending!!!
