Ok well this is my big farwell post. Since I only have hours until I leave. And have a tee ball game tonight this will most likely be it.

1st Thanks for all your tips and great pre trip posts. Maybe we can do it in a trip after our big Disney Cruise.

2nd. I hope everyone gets there safely and has a great Trip. Make it fun for your whole family. And enjoy it.

3rd. SKYW....I will keep thinking about you and hope you stay on the good side of feeling good.

So with that said I think this is my final sign off for the pre-trip posts. I will be in the air bright and early so have a great week and see you all on the boat.

Hi Scottie,
I'm left, we do not leave for Orlando until Sunday morning as DD does not return from Montana (school) until 9:02pm Saturday night and the airport is an hour and a half away. Saturday we should get abouy 3-4 hours sleep, we must be at ths airport no later than 5:45..
Bou I'll br watching the boards till sunday morning..

Hi everyone.....I am still feeling better!!! YEAH. Doctor has cleared me for flying. at least for this trip. I am still a grounded military pilot.

Does anyone know what I can expect for shampoo's and conditioners and that kind of stuff in the rooms?
Are there any kids shampoo's?

I am happy to see a couple of us still exist!

As for room stuff. Here is what i have gathered from a posting:

"The toiletries provided are really nice and a good size also. They are Spa H2O products and there was facial soap, a full size bath bar, shampoo, conditioner and a body butter. We loved them so much we asked for more. They are a bit reluctant, at least our host was, but she left us one more of each product on our last morning."

I do not believe you will be supplied with Kids Shampoo. May want to pack a bottle of Kids Suave... I know we will!
I have read nothing but good things about these new H2O produts they started offering a few months back. I think they are the products the Spa offers too.

Skyw- Did you decide what to get your mom for Mothers Day, I know you were thinking about it recently?

I may have solved my too many suitcases dilema, without even knowing I was doing it! I am putting my wifes Durango in the shop before we leave for some repairs. We will be taking my company car to the airport- a wagon. We will now be limited in the amount of luggage we can fit in the car.

Go Figure the first Subtropical Storm of the season decides to arrive around the time we are heading to FL! Weather.com does not show the best of weather for the trip, but appears to be scattered at least.

Scottie- I never did get my mom anything. I started getting sick and that was the end of all projects. I think I will get her a card and maybe a spa treatment on the cruise.

Do you know if they have hairdryers in the cabins? I am trying to lighten the load!!!

I started to watch the wx channel too!!! We will still have fun even if it rains. There is plenty for our family to do!!! Thank goodness for flights a day ahead of time.

Skyw- I can confirm they do have hairdryers in the rooms. Likely not as powerful as your personal one, but if you want to pack one less bulky item, the DCL dryer is there for your hair!

Understandable on the gift, we have all been running around trying to get a million things done before vacation, plus you have the illness to deal with on top of it. My DW and MIL said they really enjoyed their treatments in the spa onboard so I am sure she would too.

Right, if it rains (hopefully just for a few mins) we will all be able to find stuff to do onboard. Disney makes sure of that!!

Boy oh Boy, I just got done doing some suitcase placement in my trunk to see what we could get in. Well only looking like 1 large suitcase and 2 meduim size ones. Someone may end up with a duffle bag and carry on bag on their lap on the way back/forth from the airport. Gotta fit that stroller in too! I think it is enough bags for everyones stuff, but of course DW stated she needs a bag for her shoes too!

I haven't even got my stuff into my bags yet. I am afraid. I am trying to just bring one large one and a kid size one.........

Good luck on the bags scottie!! You might have to do laundry at Sarasota Springs.
