I bet a week off from school & she will be much better

Well, I know I'm going to feel better with a week, plus an extra two days off from work, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

keep it away from us I have threatened DH if he so much as gets a sniffle he is out of work and his sports obscession will need to go on hiatus he plays softball 2x/w - hockey 1x/w - coaches baseball 2-4x/w - he is the first one to become run down and pass it on to the rest of us! He thinks i am kidding but he would be wise to not mess with a mothers vacation

Anyhoo (as Andy says) - we are still working out transportation details for here in Boston - we are using FL Tours for the cruise part and I am assuming I don't need to inform of the road closures but I may call just in case.

DH bought new shirts & ties for his black suit - they are very nice - and will complement my dresses completely (important to me!) he could care less of course about that fact but he knew it was important to me.

I cannot believe we are so close - this time next week, I will be in the airline terminal getting ready to board the plane

What time are you due to land at MCO Thursday evening? We are flying down on Southwest and are due in around 7:30 next Thursday night!!!

Our flight out of Philly is scheduled to leave at 5:25pm.

By the way, thanks for getting to the mailbox today, we can't even believe it, my DH says we at least owe you a few Konch Koolers - hopefully you drink ETOH i keep offering it

Still working on signs and shirts, finished my "2" pirate night door magnets, this is so addicting.


Must go to bed I am exhausted and it is only 9:00.

Yes, making t-shirts and door signs can become very addicting, just like booking DCL cruises, LOL!!!!!

I think my arm could be twisted to try a Konk Kooler(or 2) LOL!!!!!

I just spent A LOT of time reading over all of our posts....from the very beginning! (See what happens when you take a three hour nap in the middle of the afternoon.....LOL......) We've gone through a lot of changes over the past 16 months (posts shared on the disboards and in our personal lives). And now, it has all come down to this...... I know it's only 11:30pm, but it's safe to say we have only 8 days left!!!! Six days for our family!!!

One week from today we will be flying into FL. I'm a little nervous about the road closures. We are flying into Sanford Friday afternoon and renting a car. We better get on mapquest and find an alternate route.

I just arrived back home from dropping Angelina off at school, I told her as she was getting out of the car, "This time next week, you'll still be sleeping at grandmom's place in Florida." She had the biggest smile on her face.

We'll be eating breakfast somewhere near South of the Border (or lower) this time next Friday. Can't Wait!!!!!! I hope to be poolside at the Radisson by 3/4pm!!!

I am so jealous of you all! We aren't leaving until Saturday morning. Putting in a full day of work on Friday, it'll be hard knowing that many of you will already be on vacay but it'll be worth it knowing that we won't be far behind. Happy Limo is picking us up so I'll rely on them to stay out of the path of the fires! En route, we'll have them stop to pick up our "adult beverages" and then off we go to the port.

I'm just double checking, we can bring two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on onto the ship, correct? Someone on another post said something about one piece of luggage and now I'm second guessing my self.

I pulled out our suitcases yesterday and thought I'd throw a couple things in, then realized how much I do need to pack. So I'll pack a little everyday and then do the final packing Tues - Thurs next week.

Dr. Cavin sure picked a beautiful day to play hookie. Oops, I mean to "get somethings done". We have had the best April in Northeast Ohio that I can remember. Our winters are long and brutal. But when it is nice, it is just glorious!

I need to stay away from this computer. It is just too much fun watching the excitement build! I have to go get something accomplished today since I am not babysitting DGD's.

I pulled out our suitcases yesterday and thought I'd throw a couple things in, then realized how much I do need to pack. So I'll pack a little everyday and then do the final packing Tues - Thurs next week.

Hope someone can tell us an alternate route to the port from MCO is the roads are closed next Friday.

If it is too bad on 528, I know you can take 192 over to A1A, then head north to the port, it is much longer but if 528 is closed, you might not have any other choice, especially if you aren't similar with the area.

A few years ago, after our stay at Vero Beach, I took 192 over to WDW and it took about 90 minutes to get there.

I saw the fires along 528 last night on the Weather Channel, it did look mighty nasty, but they were setting backfires trying to keep the flames away from 528.

Yea, Angelina spotted that (movie trailer) on TV the other night, needless to say, we won't be seeing "that" movie anytime soon, LOL!!!

This time next week we'll be at MK!

I'm starting to get really worried when I'll have time to get us all packed. My ds8 has a baseball game tonight, we are going to MD to visit grandparents tomorrow, Sunday ds5 has 2 soccer games, a birthday party to attend and ds8 has a baseball game. Monday ds8 has a baseball game, and ds5 has practice and Tuesday ds5 has practice. We leave Wednesday at noon to head to BWI for our plane flight. I guess we'll be packing that morning! Luckily, I've sorted out most of what we are going to be brining and can shove it in the bags. We still need more tape for our video camera and I don't see when we are going to get that done! I usually do errands when ds5 is at preschool, but I have to do my parent helping day today. His last day is Monday and his class "graduates" while we are gone. I'm sure he'll miss it but he'll have his own D SEA U graduation to attend!


DH has been having so many late arrests the last week he hasn't been home until at least 1 AM . Last night (this morning) he wasn't in until 3:30. He's already off to testify in court and won't be home until whenever.

We got our new Dell laptop we ordered this morning. It was not supposed to be done until our trip was over. We are so excited to have it for our trip to be able to download pictures on and such.

I'm off to pre -school and then straight to baseball as soon as ds8 is home from school!

We won't be seeing Poseidon before our cruise either!
