We fly out from LAX on American Airlines at 8:10 a.m. and arrive in MCO at 3:50 p.m.

1:10 over here and everyone is asleep Lunch is PB& J with celery and carrot sticks and ahandful of raisins

Dinner is Vegetarian Lasagna since it's no meat on friday

Lunch for me was a spicy salmon roll (yum!). Dinner will be something from Rock Bottom. I am going there tonight after work for a coworker's birthday celebration.

I get them all the time Usually I can tell one is coming, though, as I get an aura first. That usually allows me to go shotgun a coke and main line some tylenol and sometimes head the pain off at the pass so to speak.

Yea, I am about 10 miles away, but I can see and smell the smoke from my balcony. I can hear a lot sirens and helicopters too.
