I think mine was pretty cheap to add on the non expir. The waterpark and more and hoppers were free with the promotion. I was only going to be there 4 nights, so I wouldn't use the 5th day of my passes and it only cost a few dollars more to get 6 day pass so I would then have some leftover days.

I added the non expir to my 6 day pass for around $60 a piece.
It ended up costing us around $180 total (3 people) to change ours.

We get to use the park passes that we don't use (probably 2) and the 5 waterpark and more for our next trip. I didn't want to waste them. Now I have an excuse to go back for a mini trip!!!:cool1:

This morning, I cancelled my order for the Baggallini messenger bag. Last night I was reading the trip report about Barbie & Ken. There is a photo of them wearing that bag during their trip. That bag is HUGE!

I need something more smallish. Doing more research on bags.:surfweb:

Oh - one more thing.

Alfredo's is rumored to close in August. I called last night to make an ADR for our May trip. DH and I ate there on our first trip to WDW. Sort of sentimental for us. Anyway, just thought I would pass the rumor on.

DMM & Marimorr -

Thanks for all the great info about the non-expiring ticket prices. I'm still undecided right now on that. . .

Today I'm really obsesing about my last TS credit and where to use it. I have left this last one up in the air and don't have an ADR for it. Now I'm worried that we won't be able to get in anywhere with no ADR !! My options of using it are either for lunch on Wed May 16 - preferably somewhere in the MK area because we are just going to hang out at the resort that morning and head to MK around 2:00ish. We are planning on dinner at Casey's Corner in MK that evening. OR we can use it on our last night - Friday May 18th for dinner. Will be going to AK that morning and having breakfast at Donalds Restaurantosauras at 10:00 AM. I don't know if we should just use it at Boatwrights at POR since we are staying at POFQ, or go somewhere else ??? Any suggestions ??? I am so confused !!:confused3 This is only our 2nd WDW trip, and the last time was w/o DDP so we didn't do much fancy dining!
You guys are the Disney experts, so please give me your thoughts!! Thanks

What about Boma or Jiko?

I find it very relaxing to dine at our resort. If you are planning to be at your resort for a rest time, I would say dining there would be an awesome option. I haven't been to Boatwrights so I really can't help with that.

OR

You might want to do late character breakfast that morning at one of the resorts. Since it is your rest day, I would try for the latest available. Sort of a brunch.

Also, I have not used the DDP, so I am not thinking of "What would be the most cost effective use of the DDP?" I think more about fun and relaxation. I do see you have two character breakfast already so you may be sick of breakfast.

It is not to late to make ADR's. I just made my Alfredo's and one for Chef Mickey's for dinner and was able to score reasonable times for both.

Can't wait to hear what you decide.

:thanks: Thanks for all the great ideas everyone! I will have to check out the menu's at each one. Three out of the four of us are picky eaters! I was thinking of Chef Mickeys or something in the Contemporary, just so we have an excuse to go see the Contemporary and ride the Monorail and see all the MK resorts. But then a nice relaxing dinner at the resort would be nice too. . .

wow I disappear for a few hours and i see we are well into page 41 , not that any of us are counting. :rotfl:

I never even though of renting a car.
I figured we would be spending all our time on propeerty so why not use the ME since it is there and free.

I am most worried about Disney getting our bags to the resort from the plane, and making sure that none of them go missing somehow. Has anyone ever had any troubles before, or did you find that everything ran smoothly on Disney's end.

Most people get bent b/c of the length of time it takes. We board the plane and have the diaper bag prepared for a full first day in the parks and we understand our bags will not arrive within 3 hrs. sooo we've never had a problem! I LOVE not having to deal with all the junk we have!

Shelly-
About the non-exp. tickets...

You can always buy more days and add the non- exp feature to your ticket after you get there, as long as you do so within 14 days of your first use. So don't stress about it!:goodvibes

We, too, are stying at POFQ. How about taking the boat to DTD for lunch or dinner...it is so much fun and relaxing. My kids loved this.

My kids love CM! We go at least once every trip. (Staying at the CR, it was hard to resist.) It is such a party atmosphere. We have been for breakfast and for dinner. I have picky eaters as well and there is something here for all of them.
