In all our trips to WDW we used Towncars... in May 2006 we used ME, loved it from the airport to the resort was fast and friendly service...Grandson loved the Disney T.V. on the bus.
Our luggage was in our rooms within an hour after checking in...truly magical.

I am sure I will change this a few times before arrival, but here it is:

Sat. May 12 - Food Court at Pop! (I am very excited about this because I have NEVER eaten at a resort Food Court and of course you do not get an ADR for this but I am excited about it.)
Sunday May 13 - Le Cellier 8:30 (Only time I could get due to refurb.)
Monday May 14 - 7:15 HDDR (Love this show)

Tuesday May 15 - 6:10 WCC
Thursday May 17 - 6 pm Alfredo's

Good Morning!
DS starts his spring break or March Break here in Canada today. I asked him what he wanted to do, and he said since it's raining, lets stay in and all curl up and have a movie day. So he's going to pick 2 Disney Movie's and I'll make some popcorn, and another day till Disney will fly right by.

Only 2 months to go!

Okay ya'll! 60 days for me! And now that the days are going to start flying by, I'm starting my workout/diet routine. Leaving in about an hour and a half for the gym, which, btw, I've never been to.

So far this morning, I've passed on the glazed doughnuts the kiddos were eating and instead ate fat free yogurt with fresh bluberries and granola. Oh, and had two bottles of water.

Anyone else doing anything speecial to get ready for the trip? DMM, you get a pass...we shall live vicariously through you.

Morning All, first it is a beautiful day here and I'm soooo happy, sunny and in the 80's today and predicting the same for all of next week. I'm not a winter person so now I know it is Spring and the MayPole dance is just around the corner.

JoBird the only thing I want to do to get ready for our trip is get out and walk more....and decide on a new pair of chocs...too many new styles and I can't make my mind up to which one to buy.

Please send some of that sunny, warm weather here to Pittsburgh! It has finally stopped snowing and it's melting but now it's starting to rain and it's very depressing to say the least. Our ground is like one big sponge. YUK.

I am looking forward to opening the pool, I just don't know when it will be warm enough.

Hey, here's a quesion for you since you go to Disneyland some. How does it compare to WDW? I have always wanted to go out there but was afraid I'd be wishing for WDW the whole time.

Disneyland is in a word - Compact.... WDW is in a word - BIG!
DL feels more intimate, and it is Beautiful....it is really hard to compare the two..so I will tell you this of the two parks MK or DL we prefer DL for it's charm and over all theme. We love WDW for Epcot-MGM-Disney-Animal Kingdom and the beautiful resorts.

Disneyland has just the three Hotels and we are partial to the Disneyland Hotel..Sierra Tower overlooking Downtown Disney. What a view!

I truly think you would love DL.

Sounds like a perfect day to me!!! We love lazy days at home with the family. I hope you had a great time!

Is anyone else having trouble sleeping at night? All I can think about is how the kids are going to react when they see Disney for the first time. I told DH the other day I want to go NOW!

We have the Kernals popcorn seasoning,
the kids have just plain butter and salt,
DH has white cheddar
and I went all out and made a small bowl of caramel.

As for the movies we have the old classic of Swiss Family Robinson, and the new classic of Finding Nemo.
We have decided to try and do one disney film a day for march break, maybe two depending on the weather, and then one each week until we go. A fun count down for the kids and Dh and I.

Although I had better lay off the caramel popcorn if we are going to watch all these movies.

Great movie choices, I love the classic SFR (Looking forward to the new movie, Meet the Robinsons) My grandson loves Nemo...likes to talk like Crush...and I like to talk like Roz from Monsters, Inc. Oh Yes! Disney crazies here

Last time we walked a lot before the trip to get the kids ready for lots of walking at WDW. We didn't want to lug around a stroller! It worked out good, they were only 4 & 6 then and we didn't need one. I'm not so sure we are going to get much walking in beforehand this time being here near Pittsburgh too, you know the weather we have been getting!! I'm hoping it warms up here real soon so we can get in shape. This rainy day today is very depressing.
