DMM-
I was sick all nine months with my last pregnancy. Lemon drops and those preggie pop candies from the maternity store actually helped a little.

Hope you feel better

I was sick the whole pregnancy too! so as soon as we knew we were, we headed to Mimi Maternity and bought some of those preggi pops :) i'm addicted!

61 days! I am starting to get anxious now.

Hey... What page are we on??????????:goodvibes

I think I'm keeping the current reservation, even though it is tempting to upgrade.

Looking forward to seeing you all!

J.

ooo almost to page 39!!

We contemplated upgrading with the new room discount, but figured i will just leave well enough alone!!!

I'm excited and can't wait! :woohoo:

Well, I decided not to try the code. We are getting two rooms with the AP rate. It seems like the best plan for us.

Hooray for those who are saving money! :cheer2:

DMM - I was sick the first 5 months with both of my kids. When I was pregnant with dd I was sick everyday, all day, all the time, even during the night. My ds who was two at the time would actually go spit in the toliet and flush. I guess he started thinking this is what people do. They spit in the toliet and flush. :confused3 It was actually pretty funny. After I got better and stopped being sick, he quit doing it. ;) Nothing helped me but I did try peppermint candy, lemon drops, ginger ale, root beer, crackers, crackers in bed before getting up, showering at night, (showering in the morning really made me extra sick, I think it was the heat), Seabands, etc. It did seem that having a piece of candy in my mouth helped some.

Those of you who fly, do you:

1. Take ME
2. Take a towncar
3. Rent a car
4. Other, and if other what do you do?

We have always taken a towncar. The first year for ME they started just before our trip and the kinks weren't worked out of the system. Last year we took the towncar because, well, we really like the towncar, but we are thinking about trying ME. It would save $100! :thumbsup2

So, how 'bout you guys?

We always rent a car. Always. I have taken Disney transportation before and while it's okay, for my family (we are the impatient types), we like to be able to leave a park at night and immediately be in-route!:)

For this trip we rented a car from Dollar using the KISS2 code and got a Pacifica for $181. Not great but I keep hoping it will come down.

Since we won't have the children with us this trip, we probably will use the busses more to and from the parks.

J.

are we on Page 40 yet??? ha ha

Last year we drove, so we had a car & still used the Disney busses waay more! just so much nicer :)

The year b4 we took ME and LOVE LOVE LOVED it! it was amazing how fast we were at the resort! we were there ALOT quicker than when we had hopped in a cab!

So this yr we're sticking with ME!! can't wait!!

We rented the same car and got the same price. :)

My TA told me that Disney sends out your information to you about 3 weeks prior to your reservation date. Is this when you normally receeive them, and how am I ever going to wait that long? :sad2:

We usually received our information 3 to 4 weeks before our trip...so it sounds right.
We use ME and Disney transportation, mostly the monorail....60 days until the magic :wizard:

Le Cellier in Epcot's Canada pavilion will be closed May 14-17, 2007, for a brief rehab.
Contemporary Resort
The North Garden wing is being demolished. The tennis courts and playground are also gone. Rumors swirl of a Disney Vacation Club Resort however no official announcement has been made.

Walt Disney World Swan Resort

Gulliver's Grill Character Dinner will be closed for refurbishment from April 16 - June 7, 2007. During this time, Fresh (in the Dolphin) will host the Character Buffet dinner.

I called. Didn't do any good for me.
I am going on May 14-18th at Pop. They tried to apply the new discount to mine and said it was the same that I already had. I have the free waterpark and hoppers. It wouldn't save me anymore. I told them I thought that promotion was over, but she told me... "I guess not for May." So if anyone didn't get that one, I would call to see if they can add it for you.

There was another one out there for room only, but it won't help me cause I wanted everything else.

I added non expiring and added a day to the package so I would have the waterpark passes and a few extra days to use in the future. Did anyone else do this??

I have thought about adding the non-expiring & a few extra days, but never really checked into it. Does it cost a lot to do this? And can you do it after you have already booked?

here is what they re-did Rio Del Tiempo in Mexico like:

"Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros!" opens April 2, 2007; replacing El Rio de Tiempo. Gentle boat ride will remain the same but with a new storyline and film featuring Donald Duck, José Carioca (the parrot), and Panchito (the Mexican charro rooster) from the 1944 Disney film "The Three Caballeros."

i'm soo glad it will be open when we go!!!

Yes, you can still add on teh non-expiry until you get to the resort!! it's pretty cool, the price is based on how many days your passes are for.

LINK!

Just click on the link and then it will take you to a page of price lists. On that page is a section with the non-expiry prices. Just look up the # of days you have and then the price is to the right :)
