Mari, whatever resort you pick, it will be a good choice because you are going to have fun and memorable time at WDW. Relax and flip a coin - you going to have a blast!

SO true!!! AND, if you pick POP, you'll have $400 towards airfare...

Breakfast report: Made some cinnamon rolls and hot tea. Going to have a glass of V8 too.

Hello! :goodvibes It is 67 DEGREES here!! This is unheard of in January in PA! It is awesome, but I'm sure we are going to have to pay for it. We'll probably get a blizzard next week!

Jo - Thanks for the heads up on Southwest! I heard awhile back that they were releasing them on December 20th, but they never did. Hopefully tomorrow will be the day! I will be up bright and early to check! I am wondering if they will even be any lower than anyone else though. Last year in Jan. I bought ours from AirTran and they were $69 each way. Right now they are $114 each way. :sad2: Too much!

Mari - Have you made your resort decision yet??? You know me, I'd go with a moderate. I really think it's worth the extra money. Just the extra space in the room alone is worth it for me! But you have to remember, I have to share a room with 3 boys all week! I just think we would be crammed and miserable in a tiny room. It would probably be alright for you just having one little girl though. How much time do you spend in your room? We spend quite a bit of time at the resort, that's why it's important to us to have the space, extra food choices, a pool slide, and things like that. But if you are a family that just sleeps in the room I would go with the value. And the values look like fun! Oh my, I think I've just confused myself! :confused3 When we first started thinking about this trip we were torn between 2 rooms at ASMovies or 1 room at CSR. So I started a thread on here and asked for opinions. Nearly every person said to go with CSR!

Sulley - You are so close!! :woohoo: I can't wait to hear about all the cool stuff you will be doing! :cool1:

Seacrest - I need to get caught up here and watch some of your new videos! I'm sure they are awesome!!

This warm spring-like weather makes me feel like it is an early spring day and my Disney trip is just around the corner! :goodvibes Too bad in reality it is a long way around that corner. :rotfl:

123 Days!!

Morning all...... I'm stuck in a pickle.... I was talking to my DH last night and we have to make our final decision on what resort either POP or CSR. I'm booking it on Saturday and all he told me was "uh whatever i don't care whichever one is fine" AAHHHH i'm stuck between both:headache: . I like the look of POP but the rooms seem small. Last year i stayed at CBR and they had nice rooms i dont' know if i will be able to go smaller then that.....CSR also loks great... it's only about $400 more to stay in CSR so price isn't really an issue... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! what would you do?????

POP, So you can be closer to us. Think about it you are spending 400 more to have extra room while you are sleeping. It is not worth it use it for something else. Stay by us.

Heads up...
Southwest is releasing dates through August 3rd tomorrow, the 9th. Be up early...get a good deal!!!:yay:

JO

Thanks, I am going to wait to but my tickets, last May I bought my tickets right when they came out and then I got a 250 credit for booking so early it went down months later.

Found it! I booked Feb 8th when SW released cheaper flights for our May 9th trip. It might behoove (I like that word...behoove, :rotfl: ) you to wait. Always a gamble, this airline thing.

I figure I have a 250 credit so I can play around a bit.

I paid $49 each way. It was really $39, but with all the fees it bumped to $49. I wish we could get that again. You're lucky... a credit...:cloud9:
J~

I just looked and it was January 22nd when I booked our WDW trip and January 23rd when I bought our AirTran tickets for $69. I was happy with that, especially for weekend flights.

I just downloaded Ding! I hope I did it right. I put Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Orlando as my airports. . . Now will I get emails when there are flights between these cities? This Southwest stuff is new to me!

:confused3
My dinger doesn't ding, I've tried to make it ding, but can't. I think I'm a bit dingy when it comes to dinger's that don't ring-a-ding-ding.

I wish we could get 49 each way. In Dec the cheapest I got was 55 each way. I always felt that I did it too fast and booked right away. I dont want anymore credits. I would rather spend less.

Southwest is still only booking through May 9. . . . . :hourglass
Guess I'll check back later!

Got an email from AirTran saying that all Pittsburgh airfare was on sale through May 21, Orlando is $89. But then looked closer and "all FLORIDA travel must be completed by Feb 27". Bummer! :sad2:
