good morning- and happy fourth of july!

i posted a little note for the augusters for you JO.

Hope evryone is well.
I am home from my Canada Day long weekend
at the lake, and I only have four days, till my 4 week road trip with the kids to Alberta. 4 weeks, and 4 whole provinces to cover. I am starting my packing again. It feels like I was just packing for Disney- and here I go again.

Hi Mayers, I miss you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to get my trip report going -- have some fabulous pics to share! -- but life has been utter chaos. DH has been off work on disability since we came home, my 18 year old stepdaughter and her 2 1/2 year old little girl are moving in with us next weekend, I'm back to work full time but still not doing my regular job and HR is trying to place me in a different position now that I can do but that's going to take some time...

Hope you are all doing well, and I promise I'll post a link when I get my trip report off the ground...

Good Afternoon Mayers!!!

We had an....interesting.....4th. My mom fell and broke her wrist in two places and also chipped a bone in the opposite ankle. So the morning was spent in the ER and the rest was spent making sure she stayed as comfy as possible.

Shelly, I'm lovin' the trippie ....Great pictures!

Hey Jo (and everyone else),

Mom's doing better, but she can't get into the orthopedic surgeon until Monday to see if she's going to need surgery on her wrist.

I'm doing OK....I started back to school in the middle of June, and am taking Spanish, basically cramming a year's worth of spanish into 10 weeks! I also switched jobs to something that will give me a lot more flexibility in my school schedule. So life has been nutty to say the least.

So is anyone else in serious need of a Disney fix??
