Anyone with Toddlers, should check out the new TODDLER magazine i love it!! i was soo upset with the cancellation of publication of CHILD magazine, but i may have found somethign new to replace that My ped. gave me a copy and it's the premier issue!

Tuesday

Today was my sleep in morning...I managed to sleep til 8:30 when the phone rang with no one on the other line. Oh well....Got up around and headed to MK.

MK was busier than it was on Sunday....not horrible, but still busy. I only had little over an hour before my ADR for lunch at the Plaza so I made my way over to Tomorrowland....First I went through Monsters Inc Laugh Floor and the joke I texted in got picked as one of the ones for the show! Wanna know what it was???? Too bad, you're gonna find out anyway....

Comedy break over....After Laugh Floor I checked out Buzz Lightyear....Standby line was showing 20 minutes and I didn't have that much time, so I grabbed a Fastpass and hopped on the TTA....I love the TTA, it's a great way to take a break, or in my case see inside all the rides I won't ride and there's never a wait.

From TTA, I went over to the Plaza....I had the Vegetarian Sandwich w/ Broccoli Slaw and a Cookie Dough Milkshake....The sandwich was very good....It was lettuce, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil pesto, hummus, and roasted red peppers on foccaccia bread. To quote my favorite Food Network person....Yum-O....The broccoli slaw wasn't that great, but I didn't know what it was to begin with, so that's just my taste on it.

After lunch I went back to Tomorrowland to use my Buzz Fastpass....and after another ride on the TTA, I made my way over to Toontown....I walked through Minnie's house and just meandered around for awhile....The princess line had a 60 minute wait, the other two lines were both 30 minutes. Since I really didn't want to wait in line for any of the characters that were there I decided to ride the train around to Frontierland....

I made it over to Frontierland, had gotten myself all psyched up to ride Splash and it was broke with no idea when it would be fixed.....since that wasn't working, I wondered through a bunch of the souvenir shops and made my way over to Adventureland

I rode POC again....POC is my absolute favorite MK ride....The standby indicator said it was about 10 minute wait which was pretty accurate, instead of allowing everyone to just pick a side to walk through, they did have a CM directing to one queue or the other to try and keep things even....By the time I had gotten out and checked out the giftshop again there was no wait for POC....

After getting my Pirate fix for the afternoon I went to Aloha Isle, I'd never had Dole Whip before, and I really wanted to try it, so I had a cup of Pineapple Dole Whip soft serve, not the float....It was yummy and a great mid-afternoon snack...After watching the ducks chase down dropped popcorn for a little while, I went over to the Emporium on Main Street....I am still trying to find a souvie for my sister and wanted to check out their selection of stuff.

Finding nothing there, I took my seat along the street in order to wait for the parade. I really enjoy the afternoon parade.....But I'm a music/show kinda gal.

After the parade I made my way back through to Tomorrowland and caught the TTA yet again. I was getting ready for some real food so I decided to check in for my ADR early in hopes of getting in. I took the monorail over to Poly as my ADR was for Kona....The hostess got me checked in and let me know that it'd probably be 30 minutes or so, which was still 45 minutes before my original time so I went over to the Tambu Lounge to enjoy the musical stylings of their musician.

For dinner I had the Sticky Wings which were Awesome along with the Turkey Medallions....which came w/ Sticky Rice, and Corn & Edamame. I really really liked all of it, including the Corn & Edamame which was suprisingly great. It was a lot of food though, so I boxed up 1/2 again along with my desert of banana caramel creme brulee....The creme brulee was not so hot after riding back to my room, it was kind of ucky.

After dinner I came back "home" via the DTD bus again....That is one thing I love about SSR, it's so close to DTD that you transferring from there only adds about 5-10 minutes to getting back.....

I also spent a lot of time today getting Photopass pics....I think I amassed close to 20 me in front of the castle pics .....Hope everyone else had a great day too....More tomorrow...

....As far as smoke, until you asked the question and I saw the news this evening, I didn't even know there were fires....Last report on the news was that they were starting to get things under control. I've been bothered a lot more by allergies than anything....Lots of pollen.
