We didn't go to the Pirate and Princess Party, we ended up just going to the little show where they perform beside the ride. They put on a very good show!

Yep I have seen that show.. ummm 5 times already LOL! But no photo ops w/ the Capt there hope they do it one day!!

We are planning, but we are super excited though, b/c we may change from October of 08 to November of 08! we need the low crowds! and we love the weather and Christmas decor!

We have also realized how difficult transport is with strollers so we will do a split stay between Beach Club & either AKL or an MK resort!

We are planning to go in August - booked free dining, but I am having second thoughts about August. We'll see!

Monday is a day off for me, since i'm Canadian. It's Victoria Day! Tomorrow I must head back to my place in this town to learn. Not about Disney, but it will be in my head.

Hello MAYers! Glad to hear everyone is making it home safely and had a great trip!!

I can't believe I didn't meet a single one of you. . . I didn't even see any DISers at all, and I was on the look out for LGMH's and !

I thought the weather was great and the lines were short. The only day I thought it was extremely hot was our arrival day, Sunday. We went to DTD that day and boy was it hot!! I think because of all the pavement and not so many trees and shade ?? The rest of the week wasn't bad at all. It was humid of course, but it was also overcast a lot which helped. We never waited longer that 10-20 minutes for anything, except Dumbo! Sometimes the wait time would say 20 minutes and there wouldn't even be a wait at all!! We avoided EMH at every park and I think that helped with the crowds a lot.

Day 2: Opened Epcot! No lines for Soarin, Nemo, Living with the Land, Spaceship Earth, Mexico boat ride, etc. Great!! We were chosen as family of the day at the Garden Grill! We got a little certificate and a free appetizer and they took our picture with all the characters that were there (chip, dale, mickey, pluto), and gave us each one free fastpass good for that day only. So we left there and went straight to Test Track and used them!

JO- no wonder I couldn't find you at the Coral Reef, you weren't there!!!!! It was okay. The food was good. I would have never paid that much for it though if we weren't on the dining plan. I can't believe we were both in Epcot that entire day and we never saw each other. What part of POFQ were you in? We were in building 3 on the third floor with a corner room, just like I requested! It was a great location. Very short walk to the pool, food court, bus stop, and basically everything. We did like POFQ, but just not as much as CBR for some reason, can't really put my finger on it . . . The rooms were smaller at POFQ and not as much excitement I guess.

I came home with an eye infection in my left eye. It stared to hurt on the plane and by the time we got home it was really nasty. I told DH pretty soon I am going to have to borrow the boys pirate eye patch, I look so awful! Oh yeah, the boys got to "build their own" Lightsabers at DTD. Well it was more like DH and I and a cast member at the store did most of it, it was really confusing! They also did the "fill your skull". So we have plenty of pirate loot around here!!

we did Chef Mickeys for breakfast and then off to MK for the day! it was fabulous and fun!

I know some DIS'ers were scheduled to dine at Le Cellier on the 13th for dinner, but I didn't see anyone with LGMH...however I am wondering if the yellow striped shirt family were DIS'ers in disguise.

I only saw PatsFan ans Lake it was pretty cool!! they both recognized DH first! he was stunned!!

Still at the World right now and so sad to be leaving tomorrow We are going to the California Grill tonight for dinner and then Wishes after that. I have a massage (mmmmmm) in 2 hours.

I got the DH to say that we would be coming back. However, I don't think I can plan another trip for 2 years or so. I think I am going to squeeze Disneyland in somewhere in that time period though

Hi Tasmen....what floor are you on and did you get a upgrade?...We miss the lounge...the pool...the resort...Oh you get it...we want to go back..

Yeah, could have done without this souvenier!! I had to wear sunglasses at the kids soccer games yesterday and the sun wasn't even out!!

I am so cold here in this 65 degree weather after being in Florida for a week!!
