I just want to say to each and every one of you that I have enjoyed laughing with you and sharing so much of our lives together these past few months.

I truly feel like we have created in this thread friendships that I hope will continue long after our trips.

Thanks to DMM for starting this thread, I hope to meet you in the World.

To everyone else, Hugs to all of you, a whole bunch of PD for an extra magical journey, a few just to make you smile, and last but not least, a MAYer salute...

And with that, I bid you all adieu, I'm going to Disney World.

Hi Mayers!

Forgive me if you've already talked about this..but I haven't gone back & read the pages for the last day or two.

Let's start praying for great weather.

I just saw on comcast.net (I think that was it) that what could be a tropical storm is forming off the coast of South Carolina.

It's gotta go away...go away...go away....

I just saw that on the news. I am sending you some good weather vibes.

This day is never ending. My only consolation is that every other day leading up to vacation will be busy, busy for me.
Hopefully the rest of the week flys by!

Please I hope the rest of week will go slow. I am feeling so overwhelmed now!!

Okay, whew! disaster averted! YAY DHL! When I called the supervisor I was sugar sweet and explained my situation to him. I would have been happy to go get the box, but I have no clue where I am in this city!

Anyway...

The supervisor HIMSELF drove his own car out here to deliver it! OMG! How's that for service????

Anyway, back to the regularly scheduled program...

What kind of perfume did you get?

I did the Old Navy thing last night, we each got a couple of tees. The only thing I still have to get is some new coloring books and stuff for the plane.
I don't even bother ironing. Dh will iron our outfits for the next day every night either way. I say knock yourself out baby!

I got the new Versace Bright Crystal. It is very nice and light summer scent. Although I was eyeing the Vera Wang Princess. I might just got get that in a couple of weeks. Target has coloring books in the dollar section. I just go the girls strawberry shortcake, they also had lady and the tramp and I also saw cute disney socks. The iron at the time share stinks. I remember hating it. So I want to make sure I dont have to use it so much.

Yeah, Huggie, what kind of smelly stuff did you get??????

I just re-read this and didn't want you to take offense to the "smelly" part...DS has always called it this.

ooo cucumber salad sounds fab, how do you make it?

ok, my normal one is
2 cukes
4-5 roma tomatoes
red onion
all sliced very thin, mix with italian dressing and you can add black olives, etc...the longer it marinates the better...

today I did
2 cukes
2 vine ripe tomaotes
red onion
all chunked instead of sliced
added a can of sliced black olives, a thing of Athenos feta cheese and Ke's Greek dressing....simple and YUMMY!

I just added tweezers to my toiletry bag...not sure they will be needed but they are on my "ultimate" packing list! I don't have any glow sticks....but do have Mickey head light spinners from a fabulous couple we met on the DIS.
