Hi Mayers!
Hope all is well with you guys!
Huggie - Have an awesome trip. I have always wanted to see DW at Christmas. I know you guys will have a wonderful time.
Shelly - All that baking in one day? You and Huggie both are domestic goddesses. Then I think thoughts like, if I baked that many cookies, who would eat them? Me?

Now that's a scary thought.
Mella - That tree is a beauty. It's Pooh beautiful for words!
Jo - I hope things are looking up for you. My mom has a genetic form of arthritis which usually starts with women in their 30s. She had a toe episode one year when I took her to the beach for vacation. Her big toe was so swollen she could hardly walk. I thought it was broken and threatened to take her to the ER. She refused to go and just said it was her arthritis. She got home and had a steriod shot and the swelling went down. We refer to that vacation as the "toe-lio" year. Each year we have some sort of incident so we that's how we label our vacations.
Sully - I hope your job is working out over the holidays. I bet you are ready for the CP!
Our HS football team lost in the state championship. We are proud of them, but it was heartbreaking to get that far, undefeated and lose. One of our stars broke his leg at the game before, so that really hurt us.
My dd went to Hannah Montana this past weekend. She had a blast. She and her friends decked out in their Hannah Montana wear. They were too cute! I couldn't get tickets. I was so glad when she had a friend invite her to go.
My dh and I actually had a date on Sat. night. We went to a dinner party with 3 other couples and had the best time. It has been forever since we did anything like this.
We have a church thing Tuesday night and a band concert on Thursday. My dd's class sings at the state capital on Thursday. I am driving for that. It should be so neat. I got to go to this when my son was in 4th grade.
My son is taking the ACT Saturday morning. He has to be there at 8 AM. So that so should be fun. I hoping I can con my husband into driving him.
Saturday night is cotillion Holly Ball. I get to dance with ds during one or to Mother/Son dances. Then we get to watch to see him dance. They are so funny! I need to get a sitter for dd so my hubby can go. It is so entertaining to watch. Last year when doing the Bunny Hop, some of the boys would put their hands on the girls shoulders in front of them. They had that look of "Ooh, girl germs!"
I think that is way more information than anyone wanted to know!
I hope all is well with everyone!
