I'm thinking of getting a giant piece of lime green posterboard to put in my window!! i want to put something like DO YOU DIS on it and then glue some mickey heads and such on there. I figure if i get a room that is not on the first floor, then i can still get noticed!

Hi Everyone!

Just finished reading all the pages...WOW! I hope all the sickies are feeling better!

Huggie: I had BBQ last night. Tri-Tip, Fries and Cole Slaw. Got it at my favorite little BBQ place near my home, Outdoor Grill.

My youngest son is going to Disneyland AGAIN! He is going with a good friend who lives in Bakersfield. Man, what a life he has. I am glad he has his own money from his acting gigs.

I bought Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 last night and decided I wanted to build my own online theme park. Don't ask me why I did this...I guess I just needed something to take my mind off of things for a while.

My wife loves her Jibbitz I gave her last night.

We are going to go and get new glasses today. My prescription needs to be a bit stronger. My eyes are just getting worse by the year. Blah! I think I am going to get some funky frames this time - just to freak out my mom.

Weather is beautiful today - about 76. Dropped my son at the beach today for surf class and I wanted to stay...but, hey, somebody has to work today. Maybe I can get up to Zuma beach tomorrow and work on my tan before my trip to FL. LOL!

Jo and Shelley,

Went to the band parent meeting last night for my DS12 (almost!) and got all the info. for their Pittsburgh trip next week. They leave here on Friday at 6 am and should be in Pittsburgh around noon. Their first stop is the zoo. Then the go on that dinner cruise. After the dinner cruise, they are going up the incline (the Duquesne (sp?) incline). Back to the hotel, and lights out at 11pm. Up the following morning at 5:30, and then off to Norwin H.S. for all of the competitions. After the competitions, they go to Kennywood until 6pm, and then head back home. Pretty fast paced schedule for a bunch of middle school kids! I almost wish I were going along as a chaperone (although I'd have no free time so we wouldn't be able to meet up anyway!) but I'm not big on the middle school age group!

Sounds like a fun weekend! At least they will be so busy there won't be time for anyone to get into trouble!! Believe it or not I have not been to the Pittsburgh Zoo. I've been on the Gateway Clipper cruises several times, and on the incline, and to Kennywood. I'm sure he'll have such a great time! Hopefully this weather will clear up by next weekend for your DS and for us!!
