Got my Crocs, and they are quite comfy...but I always worry about blisters. Any tips? DH saw them, and said, "Hey, where are mine?" So I ordered a pair for him, too

I haven't tried it, but apparently if you rub some Body Glide on your feet, it helps prevent blisters

Ok, just called the reservation line for that storytelling, and the days they offer this are not days I had planned on the MK. I ran it past my kids, telling them we'd have to switch some days around, and they both unanimously said "SKIP IT!" Guess they were scared off by the Princess option....

So that makes things easier!

AAA offers this free storytelling with a character thing in the MK behind Tony's (I think she said Tony's). Anyone ever hear about this? The agent said that it's only characters with a face, but they don't tell you who it will be. It could be a Princess, and if so, my boys would rather lose a limb, but it could also be Peter Pan, or a villian with a face. You have to make a reservation for it, which I have not done yet, but I don't know if it's something I want to squeeze in to our already packed schedule....

A couple of years ago, I finally got in for CRT. I was able to snag an ADR for 4. I had been trying for an ADR for 2, for dd and I, but just couldn't do it. One day a really nice CM said I don't have a table for two but I do have one for 4. I said, I'll take it. Well, DS had said no way will I EVER go to that Princess breakfast. The ADR was for 11 a.m. This was back when they didn't serve lunch. I didn't tell the kiddos. We usually eat lunch in the parks around 11 a.m.. We are wandering back over to Fantasy Land. Suddenly the kids start to realize we are headed to the castle. DD is beside herself with excitment. She can hardly wait. DS starts to get a little huffy. He begins mumbling things like, "Well, I may eat there but I'm not gonna like it. I am not getting my picture made with any stinkin' princesses. I am sure not going to ask them for their autograph. I hope no one I know sees me here." We completely ingore these comments. Since he is mumbling we act as if we cannot hear him. DD is so excited we just chat her up.

Well, we check in. We are announced and seated. The dining room is so knights of the round tablish. DS and DH are commenting that it really is a cool place. We are seated and they start bringing out the food. All of ds's favorites.

First up, Mary Poppins, who pops over to table, saying to ds, "Autograph book, please." He whips it right out, cozies up to her to have his photo made. I snap the photo super quick. He is all smiles and sits back down.

Then, I say, I thought you weren't going to get any autographs or have your photo made with the princesses. He replies, "Well, I changed my mind."

These boys are too funny. One minute, wouldn't be caught dead with a princess. Next minute, they are muggin for the camera with them.

My kids have SAT tests at school this week. We are trying to be pretty low key and restful this week.

Home from work!

Seacrest, the Fantasmic packages are at H&V, Mama Melrose's (that's the one we picked) and Brown Derby (the one I wanted ) We are doing the dining plan and both H&V and MM are 1 TS credit, but HBD is 2 TS credits, and just not worth 2 credits for the $ per credit. But the menu looks fabulous, and they get good reviews. It just gives you guaranteed seating, not really preferred, but you also don't have to wait in the long line. You show up 30 or 45 min early I think, and they let you go straight to your section.

I want a monkey maid, too! Not just a bathroom monkey, but one that does laundry and dishes and vacuums...

OK...door sign AND postcard, I can do that...
