I'm going to confuse you more...

I hadn't figured on the tickets being different prices if you had the waterparks option.

For a 5day, Park hopping, waterparks and more, non exp. ticket, the cost is $341.

For a 7 day, same junk as above, the cost is $378.

So I guess the difference in buying them outright is $37.

So I'm still confused. Make sure you go to the ticket center or to the conceirge desk in your hotel and they can fix it for you, I believe, or at least help you understand.

I wonder if the extra 3 days I would add on would have to be the waterparks & more since that's what my package is, or if those 3 add ons could just be base tickets???

If I'm not going to save a bunch of money then I'm not going to do it!!
I'll probably just wait until we get there and go to the concierge desk at POFQ!

Morning All!! Anyone else tempted to book for free dining? My DH and I were talking about going somewhere in the Fall (either a cruise or San Francisco) for our anniversary in October. It would just be us, no kids. Now I'm thinking a few nights in Disney by ourselves with free dining! I am SOOO tempted!!!

We can't do it...we're in DVC & stay on points & we're also getting APs when we get down there next month.

Otherwise, I'd be soooo tempted.

Hiya again! we were sooo tempted to book free dining, but the crowds from last year were just ridiculous oh and i will be 8months pregnant and Doc and DH said ummm NO WAY!

So here's my question: I got the 7 day "May your way" tickets with all the free add ons with my package. We are only going to use 5 days. What would it cost me to add on 3 more days and make the remaining 5 days non-expiring? Would I save any money this way or would it work out to be about the same as just buying 5 days with the next trip's package???

I'd like to think I am a fairly smart person, but I just can't seem to figure this out!!!

You will only save money doing this, if you get a great room rate and don't book a package, because those require you to buy tix. HOWEVER, that being said, you will have to pay for the waterparks upgrade for the extra days, since the promo period is over AND you HAVE to have all the tickets have the same options. BUT in the end you will probably only save under 100$ anda big hahaah!

Anything FREE is very tempting, but with the reports of the crowds I don't think I'd do it!

It would probably be okay for just you & DH for a few days. For me dragging the kids around in the crowds and waiting and waiting in long lines is the worst. If it were just DH & I it wouldn't be as bad!

I'm tempted but probably am not going to do anything about the temptation. Right now I want to go back to DL in Octoberish time period for MVSHP and Nightmare Before Christmas Haunted Mansion fun. I can't do both WDW & DL in that close a time period.

Yup! it was not fun! and it was HOT and Hot and even the restaurants were crowded, we LOVE LOVE LOVe the dining plan, but will now pay for it! haha! we're even making sure we go late enough in October next year that we WON'T run into the free dining crowds!!

just got back from a little shopping trip- finally found a swim suit for ME!!!!
i think i like it, as with swimsuits I like the suit, but I don't really like seeing me in them.

also picked up some birthday gifts for my niece and nephew...somehow they ended up with disney themed gifts...i wonder how.
