Yep, we stayed there last May. It was nice, not our favorite resort, but nice. It is very small. The atmosphere wasn't really for us I guess. But if you like small and New Orleans you are going to love it!
The pool is very awesome. All room locations are good. We were in building 3 and it was a great location. The food court is very small and most of the CM's are pretty rude. Hopefully they have gotten some new CM's since last year for you! Mousekeeping was average, although no towel animals for the kids. Here's the link to my TR with lots of pics if you want to take a look!

Great trip report! You know, since DH was so sick at the end of our trip and when we got home, I never did the report I had planned, and I never got to read ANY of the Mayer TR's

If anyone has a TR link from last may, I'd love to read it! I never got our pics scrapbooked either, but I do have them on Snapfish. If anyone wants to see them, PM me your email address and I'll send you the "invite" so you can view them -- there's some pretty good ones! I'd post a couple on this thread, but don't know how

I think I need a tutorial or something...
Morning all....... what do u guys think of this..
I'm a worry mom so i'm afraid my DD will run off.... i was thinking og getting something that beeps if she leaves a certain distance like an alarm but now i can't find it and i'm not sure she will like something dangling on her... My DH wants me to order these... what do u guys think...
I think that's a really cool idea, especially if you travel a lot with little ones. When we went to DL, my 3yo DGD wanted a lanyard and passholder like her mom and I wore, but we weren't gonna hang anything around her neck, and sure weren't going to let her carry her own pass! So I got a plastic passholder, put some Disney stickers on a piece of an index card, and wrote on it, "My name is Tali. If I am lost, call my mom or my grandma at ..." and put my cell #. We pinned it to her belt loop every day. Then we practiced a LOT at the parks, pointing out the Disney cops in uniform and the castmembers, and we also told her if she couldn't find us to look for any mommy with a stroller because she would have kids too and know what to do. And we had her practice showing her tag to cops and CM's and saying, "I'm Tali, call my mom!"
Yay for
2500!!!
NC, you haven't packed yet???
Where's that little packing cow when you need her???????? "GO PACK GO!"
You guys know I don't get the suitcases out until the last minute as our poor cat flips out.
He hates it when I leave.
Yeah, my cat too. She tries to sneak in the suitcases. I'm surprised how much she thinks she'll miss us since she sleeps 23 hours a day...
So. . . . . I made the appointment. . . . I'm getting all (well, most
) of my hair cut off on the 26th!!
I am going to be a new woman for Mickey!!!!!!
YAY for haircuts... i think about 3 months ago i cut off my hair... it was down to my waist and i cut it to my shoulders....very drastic change for me...
I have long, heavy, curly, thick hair and I'm sooooo sick of it. I looked at the Orlando weather reports for Sept and it's supposed to be 90% humidity??? UGH!

So this year may be the time to cut it off. I've had it long for so long it's kind of like a security blankie, I think, will be hard to do it, but I think it's time.
Tell me what you loved about it!
Noooooooooooooo! Don't cut your beautiful hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I regretted mine! From my waist to above my shoulders. CHOP!!!!!!
Hated it.
Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of...But it's so heavy and hot and a pain to take care of, I can't do a thing with it (even worse since the surgery on the nerve in my arm wasn't successful)...and I'll be 45 this year, and finding more and more of those rogue "blonde" hairs

When I find a gray hair, it's 2' long -- kinda hard to ignore!
I do NOT have to go to court tomorrow!!!!!
Woo Freaking Hoo!!!!
YAY!!!!! It was all the pixie dust, I'm sure of it!
Hi! You have been busy posters!
Yeah, I know...hard to catch up, huh??? And I was just here yesterday!

But as it gets closer and closer to departure day, the posts get fast and furious...
I get French! I always get French. I used to get red toes and French nails. Then I got nude toes and French nails. Now I always get French toes and nails.
My dh wishes I would go back to red toes. He just thinks toenails should be red!
Mine too. You'd think
red was the natural color toenails are supposed to be
so, i finally updated my itinerary for our trip - let me know what you guys think!!!
I think it looks great -- not too hectic. If your dinners at Epcot are at 8, I don't know if you will be done in time to catch Illuminations at 9 (kind of a rush, especially if you don't get seated immediately). You are at Epcot for a late lunch at 4 pm on the 14th -- when is your dinner reservation at Kona? Maybe you could catch Illuminations that evening if you decide to stay in Epcot? Also, how did you get your transportation info??? I've been looking for something like that since OLP got rid of their transportation wizard, that's usually my biggest challenge, how to get from here to there
My dh loves red toes too. I get nude nails because they always chip when I am around the house. I might do french for our may trip
I know, I ALWAYS chip my nails, toes or fingers

Nude or light pink polish doesn't show chips like red does...
OK...I owe, I owe, so off to work I go...
