No good deals at the Disney Store.

But I got some cute shorts and they were a size smaller than last year.

The girls and I took a ride to Home Depot and got some Mickey paint chips and we made a Disney countdown calendar with a bunch of disney stickers. The girls loved it. I will take a pic later.

Did you hear that Disney is buying back the stores from Children's Place? Disney is going to close up to 500 stores after the deal is over. That will leave only 200 stores left.

I hope anyone's store on this board doesn't close!

Mornin-
Belle has the stomach bug going around. We've been up and down since 1:30 this morning. and Mark had to drive out to give a speech in front of God and everyone-including the local news- of a rather big city. His comapany partners with the police and gives a new dog to the police force like once a year. And there's always a ceremony with speeches and drug dogs and the news- he's on tv- and in papers-

And- this year, he didn't get any sleep. I hope he remembers his speech!!!

Why is it that whenever something big is going on, a baby gets sick???

Anyway-
Huggie, congrats on you losing weight! That is fantastic! Sorry there wasn't anything good at the DS- but buying something that is one size smaller than last year makes you wanna dance!

Mari- what did you end up having for supper??? I made a vegetable soup-I made so much we'll have it for tonight too.

Shelly- Our trees down here are starting to get teeny tiny leaf buds on them! Thank goodness!!!

Just got back from grocery shopping. Got some more Mickey head pizza's! I took a picture of the last one I got, I'll have to post it sometime soon. It's still in my camera for now.

Sorry Belle is sick JO. That stinks! DS8 is feeling better. He is still sluggish in the evenings though. He did go to church last night. And I'm sure he won't want to miss soccer tonight. Sure wish it would warm up for soccer!

Drew's soccer practice was good- but we froze our tails off!


How long does your son's practices go for? Is he on a traveling soccer team? Drew isn't. Just a regular one. We didn't want him to have to play out of town on Sundays when the traveling teams play------
omgosh- I just thought of something- if he had of been on the traveling team- and if your son is as well- they might've played each other! That would've been fun!!!!

Oh no that is horrible. I will ask the employees maybe they know. I have about 4 Disney stores around me the closest one is 5 minutes away and the other is 10 minutes. I would hate if they closed

Fried plantains are yummy. You can make them crispy or soft. The crispy ones I like to dip in a garlic sauce. YUMMY

MORNING GUYS!!!

OK, so a slight panic is starting to set in now that i realize that I am exactly a month away from the wedding!!!
I still have SOOOOO much to do, I wraped all of the gifts for my bridesmaids to give them at the rehersal dinner i got them a crystal picture frame(with a pic of myself and them) a willow tree "thank you"angel (because I collect 'em) and a bracelet to wear the day of the wedding... sound good... you guys better say yes, they're not going back now i think it's good enough... and NOW I have to wrap all of the gifts for the shower on saturday... isn't this what bridesmaids are for mine are bums!!!

Shelly - you too, will soon be high on plastic fumes
Mari - your dinner sounds yummy in my tummy!!! i made a crock pot pot roast that was probably the best i have ever made (as good as pot roast can be ) plastic will be arriving shortly!!
