Okay- I have found where I want to travel to next. You simply MUST take about 15 minutes and scroll through this DIS'ers trip report on her wanderings at Disney Land in paris. The first part is of her trip to Egypt and other places which is fab, but, you HAVE to look on page 2, I think to see DLP. I am in love. Oh I want the exchange rate to get better so I can tell Marky I want to go-go-go.

Oh yea, Disney is also launching a online game, Cars this summer.

They just announced the closing of VMK on Monday, on May 21st. A lot of people are very upset that they are going to lose their virtual world.

My wife and son Chris are heavy players...Chris has over 180 friends on VMK. It was pretty sad around my house the last few days.

VMK was really cool, it was a virtual world of Disneyland and it was very good rendition.

I actually played a couple of times... i thought it was very cool... but now to hear it's closing is horrible... I feel bad for you rwife and chris...people need thier WDW fix every once in a while... i wonder what this cars thing will be about....

I just got a call from my Doctor... the biopsies were benign (spelling) I'm so relieved..... YAY i think i'll go out with my DH to dinner to celebrate.... they are just gonna keep an eye on me or something like that.... sheesh... big stress off my head

Mari-Glad your test came out good! I just went through that in January too. Had to have surgery to remove spot because of where it was they could not do a biopsy. After brain surgery last August I am ready to be done with doctors for awhile! We are definately celebrating next month! Everyone have fun! Hope to see some of you!

I am going crazy but not about the trip. My life could be a tv show lately.

My day today has been insane!

I get up, take the kids to school. I am trying to get to my gym, and it is raining cats and dogs. Terrible weather forcast for today.

I get there 10 minutes late. Traffic was terrible and the weather didn't help. But my trainer is cool, and says no worries. So we speed thru my workout double time. I probably looked like this.... and this ... but on speed. I only have 10 minutes to run before I need to hit the shower so I up my speed on the treadmill to try to do the same distance. I must have been insane.

Then I shower and holy cow I can't quit sweating because of the super fast running. I throw on my clothes, get in the car, drive to the school to pick-up my kids.

Then I run the kids to the orthodontist. He goes over the plan for both kids. I have no idea what he said except that my dd needs to have 3 teeth extracted. This sends me into a panic as I have always prayed my kids would not have to have teeth pulled due to a horrific childhood experience that I had. All of my baby teeth had to be extracted (the roots didn't dissolve - there is a name for this I just can't think of it.) Then I had to have 4 permanent teeth cut out (not wisdom teeth) and I was awake, this before sedation denistry. Long story short. I hate anything dental and am terrified of it. So I flip out a little over this but then try to get over it.

Then we go out and our orthodonist is great. His daughter is in Chloe's class at school. Really great guy. My kids are in side by side chairs so that I can be with both of them. Then the tornado sirens start going off. So I am sent out to another room to watch the storm tracker on TV. The tornado was going east of us, out by the airport. Yeah! No need to take cover, but it is still un-nerving to hear those sirens.

Then the kids are finished. One of Chris's brackets on a front tooth is in an awkward location. He couldn't bite all the way down, but his teeth should move enough in a couple of days for this not to be a problem however, the bracket might pop off.

Then they give the kids a speech... If you eat ice or chew on pencils, chew gum and pop off a lot of your brackets we will have to start charging your parents every time you pop one off. Well, dd is like ok whatever. I can see in DS's face that he is totally freaked out by this. He is such a people pleaser, wants to obey all the rules, yada, yada. I am thinking holy cow, there is going to be drama when this child pops off a bracket.

We load up the car at 12:50. Cable guys are supposed to be at my house anywhere from 1 to 4. So I have 10 minutes to get lunch for kids, drop them at school, and be at my house at 1 p.m.

The kids want burger king. So we are driving thru. I see 3 cable guys going in for lunch so I am thinking Woo freaking Hoo! I have time and will be home before they get there!!!!
