Forgot to mention in my last post, I'm so glad to hear that DL's decorations looked so nice, because we were imagining a much more elaborate decor in Orlando.

DCL just called me with a quote of $1072 for LAX - MCO then BCN - LAX with a hotel (Hyatt) the night prior to departure to the port in Orlando. I've found lower costs from Aer Lingus. The other concern of mine is that DCL can't tell me the times until 30 days prior. thoughts anyone?

We got the same quote from DCL and will probably just go with them. I did some looking around, and did find some less expensive fares (but not major savings), so we decided to just stay with DCL for this cruise.

I wonder if our trip insurance covers the air fare too if you book through DCL?
I believe it does.

We woke up this morning and decided to make a run to DL - Milestogo, I forgot your phone number on the kitchen counter, so I couldn't call, sorry  . Ended up spending about 2 hours at Woody's Halloween Roundup and had a blast. DD3 had cupcake frosting EVERYWHERE! The Halloween decorations were fun too. FYI, I don't know anything about pins, but we found Halloween 2006 pins at the pin traders kiosk in Downtown Disney. They said they had just put them out. There was Minnie in a witch costume (bought that!), a ghost, and something else and also something with Halloween treat 2006 with the ducks, I think.

DD11 was also given another pin by a CM. We made a "pitstop" on our way out at the Mickey Garage. DD11 missed the trash can with her paper towel, so she picked it up and put it in the trash. Afterward, a CM came up to me and said "I want your daughter to have this for being so thoughtful." It was 2 tink pins - one for her and one for her to give away "and spread some pixie dust" to someone else. Very nice.

For flights I have confirmed FF seats for every leg except BCN-JFK! I'm waitlisted for that one ....

Sorry too, I would have much rather been with you guys today!

Ballet class, princess class, piles of paperwork on my desk -so far behind on that I'm back to work after everyone is in bed. Probably a good thing you didn't call, I would have left it all and come with you! :moped:

I'm so glad you got to go see the park though, isn't it cute with all the pumpkins at the entrance? I've been wanting to get over to the Woody area, was the show cute? Guess I'd better hurry since we only have a few more days.

DCL called today!!! :Pinkbounc

I have not read the main board to see if this has been posted by anyone else, but DCL called today to see if we were still interested in the Paris add-on!

It is not confirmed, but it looks pretty good. Hopefully enough folks will have said they were interested and they will do the add on! :cheer2:

That will be sooooo much easier (I hope)

Thank you for your kindness! We hope we can go.....

Prepaid gratuities are the usual gratuities to your head server, server, ***'t server and stateroom host. DCL will be paying the minimum of $152.50 per person. Not sure how this all will be handled once on board.
DCL Repeaters,

I have booked the 14-day repo cruise on board back in April and I have not heard of the pre-paid gratuities deal. I called DCL and they were not aware of this either. Do you know if there is another way to change the reservation to take advantage of this deal. This would be a great savings for us (Quad cabin)

Hi Andras,

Welcome! We're going to have to get our kids together. Owen will be 8 and just finishing 2nd grade. Amy will be 5 and just finishing Kindergarten. We're in 8032 and we're also first seating for dinner.

Kathy

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Think we did. :thumbsup2

Big event was Lee's niece's wedding. Nicely done.
And get this Debbie (EpcotKilterFan) the Groom and his menfolk were dressed in Kilts.
And no Scott, they did not serve Haggis at the reception. Was a "Polish Buffet". Sausage, chicken, potatoes and noodles. Quite good.
Cake was great too. None of that foo foo modern cake. This was a real cake with real icing (butter and sugar).

Everyone have a great Halloween and a great week.
(halloween pics wednesday)

Hey Bob!

Sounds like my kind of wedding!! The good polish girl that I am :)

Happy Belated Birthday Scott!!! What better place to celebrate.

Debbie

OMG! :sad2: I forgot!

:cool1: Belated Happy Birthday Wishes Scott. :cool1:
Hope it was a great day.

Thanks Guys,

WDW is fun for the B-Day. I even got a card from Mickey....KEWL!!!!

Welcome Abaord Aarato....

Mickey Party at MK tonight.....

Saw Amy and Cathrine last night at the Adventures Club.

Thanks for all the welcome! I fast-fingered my cabin number. It is 6051 not 6501. I will sign up for the roster as soon as I will find a good picture to post.

[Kathy] Perfect match! :thumbsup2 Adam is going to be 8 years old in April finishing 2nd grade. Alexandra is 5 and she is still in Kindergarten. In 14 days they can really get to know each other. :grouphug: I was actually wondering how many kids of Adam's age will be on board because they will miss about 2 weeks of school.

I am getting addicted to these smilies...
