I just want to say hello . We have a pretty and warm weekend here in Germany
temperatur is around 80 to warm for April normal is 60. We had BBQ and sitting outside till 9:00 pm.
We are planing to join you for the party at May 11th. Is this possible?

Hi Debbie,

That is what we call in the PC support world as a Microsoft added Feature of IE. If you want it to stop resizing on you automatically do the following steps:

Click tools
Internet options
Advanced
Scroll down until you see Multimedia
Check off the Enable Automatic Image Resizing
Close IE and restart.

That should bring the pictures up in full size for you.

Hi Everybody! Zoe - Happy Birthday and Goofy's Kitchen is our favorite restaurant - have fun and eat some PB&J pizza for us! Welcome to all the new cruisers! I wanted to thank Greg for the info on the horse show. I looked it up today and it was listed so I booked it - it is back on the list for anyone interested. We did not receive travel docs today, but 4 weeks from today - YEAH! I already started my packing piles.

EyeHeartDisney is fine - that's what happens when you have several busy households getting together on one trip! EyeHeartDisney (DD22) started getting us involved, unbeknownst to me, then I got involved unbeknownst to her!! But we think we have it all together now. Maybe. We had better - only 28 more days!

I haven't had a chance to fully catch up on the board. I tried to skim through but there are over 60 new pages for me to review. To update...I've broken my left ankle and sprained my right. I'm trying to navigate on crutches today but it's still difficult. I was supposed to fly back to VA tomorrow but the Drs are not advising me to fly alone with the kids so I decided to extend here until Thursday and Ted will leave his conference early and fly home with us then.

Please add my kids to whatever is going on and please pm me with the details and my obligations.

Welcome to all the new people. It looks like we are well on our way into the hundreds of people for the sailaway! Lets get the grass skirts out in force!

I keep seeing that nasty snow word show up and feel bad for you! I am sitting in the mid 80s but am about to jump on a plane and head back home where it is right around freezing! Hopefully when I get there my mailbox will be full of DCL surprises. That will warm things up!

Thanks to all the people that kept posting about being persistent in trying for excursion bookings - it finally worked for me and I managed to book the horses in Cadiz!!!

Now if we could just get DD passport in our hot little hands....

A variety of things...

Kathy, ouch! Best wishes to you!!! DCL can provide you with a transfer bench to help with the tub, and I think that getting one would be a really good idea. It goes half in the tub, half on the floor. In fact, depending on which foot it is and which direction you sit, you could even use it like a shower bench to keep the casted foot dry while allowing you to manage easier with the shower. They do have a handheld and a grab bar across the back in all rooms. This might be even better than the always popular shower with your foot in a plastic bag routine (always a joy!). If you call DCL and ask for special services, they can fix you up.

Re upgrades, we booked with a TA in late January and are repeat cruisers. No spa ressies, but we did book an excursion in every port. We went from gty 12 to a 9. Not sure there is any rhyme or reason to it. They certainly do not assign rooms going in any particular order (e.g., starting at 9, using all those, assigning all 10s, etc., or going the other way) as when my mother joined us, I laboriously figured out what was available near our cabin. There was an assortment of staterooms in all the categories.

Welcome to the new cruisers and the lurkers who have come out too!

Bid goodbye to the houseguests this morning so now I can really start to get ready for this cruise . Took older DD's out shopping this afternoon. It was supposed to be for shoes, but, well, a couple of dresses somehow ended up being purchased as well . Also stopped at the dollar store and prowled the aisles for a fish extender, but none were to be found . Might actually have to make one - yikes! Where am I going to find the time (or the talent!)? I did find a clear thing with 9 pockets to hang over the bathroom door - a shower caddy. It looked nicer than the shoe organizer ones I'd found. DD's wanted to know what it was for. I keep explaining that we are sailing in a broom closet, not the Cat 3 we had last time - I don't think they get it yet though .

Hi guys, thanks for all the nice birthday greetings for Zoe, she got a real kick out of them. We had a magical meal at Goofy's and once again rolled out and down to GC to listen to the storyteller by the fireplace.

Bob, you musta have gotten ( great grammar huh, this should make it more better) the cold blow that came through here last weekend. Well my friend a couple of nice days are headed your way, do enjoy.

Yesterday was great here and today is supposed to be nice also. We got 5 apple trees. 2 cherry trees and two plum trees planted, kind of a stretch for Wyoming, we will see if they ever produce. Heck the wind will blow the fruit to Nebraska.

Found a geocache yesterday ( it was brand new and we were the first to find it, KEWL!!)and then got some materials and started to frame out the basement of the Malamute Ranch.

Actually packing is pretty much done just have to take the cruise stuff out of the storage tubs and into suit cases.

PRE CRUISE - Wine and Cheese Meet at Scott and Lynn’s Condo

WHEN: May 11, 2007, at 4:00PM till ?? or earlier if ya want

WHERE: Scott and Lynn’s room at OKW. I will post the room number after our arrival.

WHO: It’s for any and all of us on the cruise, and those folks who have cruised with us before the mast in the past. ( KEWL huh!!!)

What is it about: Just a chance to meet before we board the Magic, put a face with the board name, etc.

We will provide cheese, dips, munchies etc. BYOB or soda or water or whatever you would like to drink, we will have our fine plastic drink ware and china available. I will also procure a box of fine wine.

Please RSVP, if you can, so we can have a good head count. If there are several folks we will get a bigger room.

A warm welcome aboard to all you new folks.

Also do get your info to Debbie for the list and a photo is handy to help remember names, but I understand if ya don’t want a photo published.

Duckylu, you will enjoy the Cat 3, I called DCL the other day to see if any were avail, and nope they were not.

Off topic – any of you DVC folks been to Hilton Head????? Thinking about a fall trip there.
