1. We can use our own font. The Disney font is difficult to read, so this is the Comic Sans font with Disney in the Walt Disney Font. We can write Disney or DCL.

   • Another cruise thread/group has offered to split the costs of ordering a large (1000) number of badges to get a cheaper rate.

This is the J hook that they don’t recommend unless you want it to spin. This is for holding keys etc.

This is the bulldog, they recommend for cruisers as it is the strongest because of the overlapping structure and it doesn’t tear the plastic.

Bobby arrived just in time today to join me with some co-workers at our almost weekly Mexican restaurant hangout. The waiters had clearly never had a banana as a customer and were quite confused when Bobby joined our table. One of my co-workers had never had a banana as a dinner companion and I suspect she questioned my sanity for bringing Bobby tonight.

Just finished watching some crime show that didn't hold my attention much. MIght have been CSI, not sure...didn't catch the name.

I had to stop at THREE stores on the way home from dinner, trying to find Smarties to satisfy my craving! NO luck, so I had to settle for Jelly Bellys.

Oh, I really hope nobody starts a 2nd thread. One thread is all I can handle. Can't we all just survive 24 hours without posting here? We can do it! I know we can! Just think of how much work we'll all get done tomorrow...at work, housework, schoolwork, grocery shopping, quality time with kids (or friends at the bar!).

Hi Everyone from Sunny Sydney Australia!!

This is my first post, and just wanted to say that we are coming along on this cruise too! 22 hours to get to Orlando and it will be worth every moment!!

My husband (DH 42) , myself and our 6 year old daughter will be there - Cat 4 - anyone else?

AND we are getting married again (a late 10th anniversary thing) whilst on board!!

AND it will be my 39th birthday on the 3rd last day as well

All in all, a big trip for us

Look forward to meeting with people on board!!

As I understand it - The "badge" is the pouch to place your KKTW card in and is not unique to each cruise. The "Lanyard" would be unique to our cruise.

The alligator/bulldog clips worked great for us when we had them.

I'm good on either one... I can just get a clip or use a carabiner to attach anything else I want...

Wish me luck everybody....I'm applying for a new job tomorrow. The firm where I work is chaotic, has a very high turnover rate, major mismanagement, our office manager doesn't keep confidential matters under wraps, no communication, and much, much more. It's not a good place to work, but I stay only because they pay me well and I can't find anything that pays more, except for places that expect you to have 5-7 years of experience.

The rumor mill in the legal community brought news of 4 lawyers (the whole labor law department) of a very large firm in town (with headquarters in Detroit and branches in 3 cities) have PULLED OUT of the firm and started their own office. This just happened last week, so they need secretaries. They haven't even started advertising for secretaries yet, so I (and another secretary I work with) hope to get in there before they get flooded with resumes.

Other secretaries tell me I should ask for $3/hour more than what I currently make based on my experience, so that's what I'll do and if necessary, will have room to negotiate and still come out ahead if I get the job. Working on my resume & cover letter tonight and will fax to them in the morning.

What spa treatments are you all going to splurge on?

With my face being a problem I probably will stay away from facials, but I want massages!!!!!!!

Never had reflexology but it sounds good too.

I'm hoping to try a reflexology appointment this time. Have had it once and it was great - not on ship.

Yes, we want to try the Rainforest. Never saw the spa area at all last cruise.

We never made it there last time either!
