Thanks so much Holly. I'm trying to keep up with you!!! HA HA HA!!!
Well Deb, you'll probably catch me because I've started going back up! I've gained only 5 pounds back, but am worried that will gain momentum. SO, tomorrow I'm headed back to the gym to start all over again there. Only problem will be forcing myself to the gym the first few times. Yuck. Hate it.

I wonder where John1 is??? He probably hasn't thawed out after that Browns game in a Blizzard!!! But they won! See, John I didn't watch the game. I watched the Giants game and they lost!

Keep posting because I love looking at all your graphics. I want to steal them but I have no room to put them in my signature and I don't want to take anything out. So keep posting so that I can see them!!!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I don't know what I will replace the "Chorus Line" with after Christmas but it does bring a smile to my face when I see it.

Do what I did....buy a formal dress that you love in a smaller size....it's great incentive because I know that I will be wearing that dress in May and it's two sizes too small. I'm psyched. It works.

Dancing hearts for valentines day??? Then there's st. patricks day then easter then the 4th of july.....etc.....!

Holly, have you tried calling Blake again??? Why not??? I really think you should try again. I know he would love to hear from you!

My standing rib roast was 6.66 lbs, 3 ribs and we had 3 men/3 women. The med had huge slices with the ribs and the women had smaller slices. There were 3 or 4 slices of beef left. If you get a 4 rib roast, that should be big enough. My 3 rib was $53 at Costco.

Thank you so much. I am going to make this for sure.

Well we have a group of 30 at mom's but hey, she's paying!

That is a lot of people to cook for...sounds like y ou and your mom are getting along pretty good!!

Marilyn, I LOVE your pictures! The castle with lights all over it.....SO pretty! You and John look so happy in all the pics! :goodvibes

Deborah: LOVE your photoshow of your Med cruise! Very cool!

John and the kid made it to work today....he took the truck down the farm field next door to us, they let us use it, to the car parked at the bottom of the driveway....then switched over to the car and left the truck parked at the bottom. There's no way I'm getting out until the ice melts. I won't even make it down or up using the field....another day or two since it's warmed up to the 40s......V is that a strange statement to you....warmed up to the 40s. HA HA HA:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Glad it's warming up for you there to melt your ice. :thumbsup2

Here is my story for today. I had a TERRIBLE work day. Sometimes I just hate my job. I wish I could figure out how to quit and still feed my family. :rotfl2:

I went to the hospital at 4:30pm and they had just taken out Frank's ventalator. He was able to breathe on his own!! But in the CVICCCU (CardioVascular Intensive Critical Cardiac Care Unit) all the rooms are all glass.
Frank's door was shut (looks like a sliding glass door) and there was a HUGE sign DO NOT ENTER ISOLATION. See nurses station before entering. Then there was all these other rule signs.....wash hands for 2 minutes, wear gloves, wear gown, ...plus more I can't remember.

I went to the nurses station and he has a bacterial infection and he will be in isolation for 10-12 days. They did not seem very worried about it?? Anyway I followed all the rules and went in. It was so good to hear him say a few words. He did keep asking me why his wife (my DMIL) was not there (she passed away 2 1/2 years ago). He kept asking for my DH. I was allowed to swab water inside his mouth (first water he has had for a week) and he LOVED that. I asked for vaseline for his lips and they gave it to me. I stayed for about 3 hours. Much longer than I had planned, but he did not want me to leave. I didn't want to leave either....but I was getting really tired and it is a long drive home from the hospital.

I guess all in all it is a good report for Frank. Certainly better than yesterday...except for the infection. Tomorrow he will start PT, if he is still doing good.

Thanks again for all the prayers and concern

Kid's Under the Weather is a program we have at the hospital for "sick" kids. I quote sick because it is basically only for fevers, colds, etc...nothing contagious like chicken pox, pink eye, etc. It is a seperate floor on the hospital with rooms set up throughout like the child care center...it's really pretty nice although I know when I am sick I want to just be in my own bed and I am sure the girls do as well, but with using 4 days PTO this month I really need to work, plus I have a meeting at 8AM with the Director of the Cath Lab that I can't miss. It is nice though because the county, school board, some other large local companies all have contracts with us so their employees can use it as well. It goes up through the end of middle school age. They are so nice there and usually there aren't that many children so they get spoiled....Haley has been once or twice before and oh my, they held her and rocked her all day.
Wow, that sounds like such a great option to have! I've never heard of anything like that....very cool!

YEAH! I got an email from my cousin Mike today saying that my ibizza was shipped out today and that I should have it by Thurs. YEAH! I'm so happy to have it and play with it. I can download all by CDs to it and I can plug it into the car and I can just listen to "streaming" music in any wifi hot spots. I'm going to have so much fun playing with it....I can't wait!!!

I got it in hot pink and it's sparkley!!! YEAH!!!

But then if I go down TWO sizes by cruise time I'll be bummed because it will be too big! I'll just wait.

No, after Tyler went to bed I was on the phone with my dad, telling him about our awful day. Tyler's suspended again, but only for tomorrow. I hope he makes it through the week becaues his class Christmas party is Friday. Then he'll be off for 2 weeks and the psych appointments start after that. Anyway, then I was on the phone with my Lia Sophia manager talking about my upcoming 3 parties, and arranging a day for us to get together to give me some training. Then I was on the phone with my mom giving her Christmas gift ideas. By the time people finally stopped calling me, it was late enough where I wasn't sure I should call. But I suppose it doesn't hurt to keep him wondering if I'll call. ;)

Lisa you must be exhausted and a little bit relieved. I'm so glad to hear the news about Frank. Keep your spirits up and get some rest.

I'll keep praying and sending positive thoughts and hugs!

Lisa, I'm sorry you had a bad day at work. I can totally relate (most days). But what great news about Frank! How encouraging!

Very cool....especially the pink sparkley color! :yay:

Too tired to even think straight. Off to bed so I'll be well-rested in case Tyler's still out of sorts tomorrow. Easier to deal with him those days if I'm not tired. :sad2:
