ARRRG! Just tried to retrieve my reservation and it says my birthdate doesn't match the reservation number. All info IS correct, carnflabbit! I was mostly just wondering if they did some room assignments as cabins in my catagory are available. I went to the Dreams site and it still showed me as a GTY.
What I booked for $2236 is now costing $4024

I do want to look at excursions later, as I have $600 in stateroom credit and $150 in Disney rewards (plus more I'll earn in the meanstime), so I should be able to do a couple of fun things

OK...7PM....must head home. Hopefully I can do some catching up tomorrow night, as tonight I went in and played with PhotoPass. LOVE IT!

Thanks Nan! I really like the 2nd link. I suspect that's what I'll have to do. I haven't had time to do anything with it while Tyler's around, so maybe tomorrow night after he leaves for his dad's.

OK....tons to catch up on here! That's the way I like it! It's 9pm and I'm just now sitting down to read here. Busy day. Insanely busy at work. Tyler had an awesome day ALL day, so as a reward I took him to McDonalds playland. We haven't been since summer, so he was thrilled! Then we came home and he started working on making a book (new thing he's hooked on doing lately) while I emptied a large storage cabinet thingy in my bedroom and moved it to his bedroom. It's about 6 ft tall and maybe 3 feet wide, with 5 shelves and 2 big doors to close the whole mess up! His room is in desperate need of organization before Santa dumps lots more stuff at our house. He was excited and wanted to start filling it immediately, so we were able to get some stuff off his floor. Lots more work to do in there tomorrow. He's wanting to invite his kindergarten friends over to play, so we need to have floor space in his room for playing!

OH! And my Mickey wreath was delivered today and is on my front door. Love it!

I did that to book this cruise and book a bunch of cruises for my friends at Thanksgiving 08

The cruise cost $990 and with the onboard credits and 10 % discount I think I saved my family and my friends about $4,000!!

Watch for the CAT 12 rates.....on the 3 days they always come out right around Christmas. The TA rate was even better cause Sue Ellen from Dreams when with us and I think she paid $600 for 3!!

In Aruba-they have a submarine trip which, as part of the tour, takes you to a sunken ship. My boys would LOVE that!

OOOOOooooh! So would Tyler! We did the Atlantis submarine in St. Thomas in Sept. '06 and he still talks about how cool it was! Well....not for me. I had a major struggle not to have a panic attack. Very claustrophobic.

That happened at midnight to me when it was the night to book Palo and excursions (before we switched to this cruise from the Eastern) and we didn't get a lot of things we wanted! I had to sign out and sign back in and then it worked.

You're telling me about the cost... uggg we are paying $4,900 for cat 11 because we didn't book when it came out.

Mr DFIL is having surgery tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 10am...if all goes as planned.

He will have open heart to replace the valve and triple bypass.

MARILYN, WELCOME HOME.....WE MISSED YOU!!!!! Hope you had a blast! Do you understand now why we all have that cruising bug and no matter how many times we do it, we just can't wait to do it again!!! Can't wait to hear all your stories and wish that you could post some pics.

YEA!!!!! EXCURSIONS ARE OUT!!!!

We're definitely doing jeeps in Aruba and cliff divers in Acapulco. Gydell, if I do a DCL tour to see the cliff divers, will I get to see them? Should I go on my own to the restaurant and get a better view?

We'll probably do some snorkeling in Puerto Vallarta and Cabo. I would love to do a day at the beach, but John hates sand and can't sit still that long without doing something. I'm a sun worshiper and could sit in the sand at the beach all day long.....but since he won't like it, we won't do it. We could do something with snorkeling and a boat and we'll be fine.
