so who can sew? There is a fortune to be made!
Congratulations! What a lovely way to spend the evening.. . . Today was my 28th anniversary at work . . .
I blew out of the office at 3PM, met Peg for a cocktail and nosh, then we went to her house and sat on the patio reading books all evening. Very nice!
Well, the approach of the cold front is what triggers my migraines. Something about the atmospheric pressure. I discovered this when 2 other co-workers who get migraines would get them the same day as me. They both informed me what they knew about the weather being a trigger. I've suffered from these for almost 30 years and never knew that until this year. And when the cold front arrives or passes (not sure what the term is) the atmospheric pressure changes again and my migraine goes away. I don't care to know all the technical terms, but it's sort of funny to be a weather predictor!
Glad the sun came out for you! We had horrible storms overnight and it's supposed to be sunny all day.![]()
Did anybody figure out who is doing lanyards?
Hey Everyone....exactly 7 months from today we'll all be at the terminal ready to hug and say hi and get on board the Magic and start this cruise!!!!!!!!!! YEA!!!!!!!! Getting closer everyday!!!
I only have 2 weeks and a wake up until I leave to cruise on the Wonder in 5122 having coffee on the verandah. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like I need it bad.
John and I realized that since we got home from our last cruise Oct 06 we took mom to the hospital immediately. We didn't even have time to sit back and reminicse about our cruise. That was one year ago and we're still not done with settling her affairs. This has been a very draining year and we need our cruise to rejuvinate. I'm anxious and filled with anticipation until I can be sitting on my verandah again.
I'm thankful to be able to have a short quick fix to hold me over to our good long cruise with all of you.....I think I sound like an addict now....but it is addicting.....if I won lotto, I would just live in 5122 on the Magic!

'Girl, 4, Dies of Fall Into Grand Canyon
Wednesday October 10, 2007 3:46 AM
GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK, Ariz. (AP) - A 4-year-old girl was killed Tuesday when she slipped off the edge of the Grand Canyon and fell several hundred feet.
The girl's father immediately scrambled down the cliffs and started CPR with the help of a park ranger who rappelled into the canyon, National Park Service spokeswoman Maureen Oltrogge said.
The child's body was 400 to 500 feet below the rim, Oltrogge said. The area where she fell is a combination of sheer drops of 30 to 50 feet, then slopes leading to more drop-offs.
The girl is from Arizona, but her name and hometown weren't immediately released. '
